"Hey daddy"I said to my dad as I walked into his office and he got up to hug me.
"Its Brooklyn baby!"He said when he seen me as I laughed "Wassup babygirl?How you doing?"
"Im good.What about you pop? You the one with all the kids."I said as he laughed.
"But no really how are you?I know we haven't talked in a minute.And I talked to mom and its an emergency family dinner.What's that all about?"I said knowing he would tell me because I was a daddy's girl and out of all my dad girls me and him were the closest.
"Im ok.And yeah everybody's coming to dinner."He said keeping it short which let me know that it was something serious because he would've told me.
"Dad what's going on?"I said getting worried.
"We'd rather tell you all in person im sorry babygirl you can't get it out me early this time plus i promise your mother i wouldn't tell you this time."He said chuckling.
"Fine."I said catching a slight attitude.
"Brooklyn."He said
"I'm fine daddy."I said sitting down.
"Oh no.I thought you was just visiting why you still here?"He said as I laughed
"Well since we're going to the same destination I'm just going to catch the jet back with you."I said playing with my hands.
"Why you break up with Michael?"he said already knowing what was wrong with me.
"He wants to marry me daddy I'm not ready for all of that right now."I said whining. "Why you don't looked shocked?"I said looking at his face.
"I know he asked for me and your mother's blessing."He said
"And you didn't tell me before hand? You start to keep secrets and I don't like that dad."I said
"Why you break up with him though you could've just said no."He said dismissing my statement.Were talking about that later i dont care.
"Cause that would've made it all weird I dont want to be tied down right now im young I'm having fun."I said as he nodded in agreement.
"Well onto the next chapter i guess."He said as we both got up getting ready to leave.
"Mama cooking?"I asked as we got on the elevator.
"Oh no.We got a chef."He said as I nodded.
"Good im sick of going to chick fil a after dinner"I said
"Atleast you get chick fil a Ion get nothing she be watching me like a hawk."He said as I laughed

"Thats the last of it!"The movers yelled as I walked around my home reminiscing on the memories I made here.
"Babe?"I heard as I looked back.
"Hmm?"I said looking back out through the big glass window to see the view i so will miss.I haven't had this home very long but i built it for me and now i was leaving it.I was contemplating on selling it but i think i will rent it.I guess I'll have to bring it up with my momager tonight at dinner...after i tell her I'm moving to another country...after I tell her I got engaged.I know she's going to be mad and think I'm moving to fast but this is my life and I chose too live it up as much as possible.
"You ready to go?"He said walking up behind me kissing my cheek as I fell into him and he put the weight of his head on my shoulders and wrapped his arms around me.
