Beatrix' P.O.V

Minho and Hyunjin, stood alert at the second entrance to the park, while I stayed closely behind them, my heart frantically beating. The atmosphere was clearly tense, and their eyes scanned our surroundings, searching for any signs of danger. I couldn't believe it, a normal walk in the park was now a nightmare for me.

"Just keep your head down, Bea. We're being watched...this could end up messy" Minho softly broke the silence as he began to take a few steps forward.

"Yeah Stay close. We won't let anything happen to you" Hyunjin nodded agreeing with him.

I tried to remain calm, but the anxiety was evident on my face. Flashbacks of being kidnapped all over again replayed through my mind. This was the lifestyle of a mafia boss....i was now finally seeing his world.

The three of us quietly made our way deeper into the park, sticking to the shadows as we moved.

I noticed Minho turn to Hyunjin, his hand keeping a firm grip on his gun while the other signalled for them to move.

"Hyunjin, take the east side. I'll cover the west. Beatrix, stay right behind me"

Hyunjin nodded and quickly disappeared into the trees, leaving Minho and myself alone as I reached forward, clinging onto his arm desperately, trying to seek some reassurance as his senses stay on high alert.

"Who could be after us, Minho? I don't understand...why would they follow us here to the park?" I whispered as Minho looked down at me briefly. His face unreadable.

"We've made some powerful enemies, Bea. People who will stop at nothing to eliminate us. You didn't think this would be easy did you? My lifestyle isn't all fun and games...but I promise, I won't let anything happen to you"

We carried on walking, with me practically clinging to Minho, my hands shaking and head feeling more than overwhelmed.

Suddenly I noticed the shift in Minho's expression, his body tenser than before as he spotted something among the fog.

"So I was right...We've got company"

Minho's hand reached over his gun, ready to draw it as soon as he needed it. I looked up and saw the figure, their hand reaching into their own jacket.

"Minho..." I trembled. Was I going to die?

I had been so caught up in the romance between Chris and Minho that I had forgotten what my life was really like now. Especially alongside the both of them.

It was a constant danger.

Minho took a step forward, releasing his arm from my grip as he stood in front of me, blocking the figure from my view.

"Who are you? What do you want?" He asked as the figure only chuckled, finally stepping out of the shadows and revealing a tall man in a trench coat, his face concealed by a hat and a pair of sunglasses.
