Chapter 79: Hanbin Pt. 2

"You have no idea." I said.

"Actually what exactly happened to Hanbin?" Rosé asked.

"Kang-dae and his friends beat him to death." I said.

"And where were you when it happened?" Jisoo asked.

"I was in the bathroom when it happened." I said.

FLASHBACK

The last bell rang meaning that it was time to go.

"Noona, what should we do now?" Hanbin asked.

"I have to go to the library to do some assignments." I said.

"Aww" he said.

"You're welcome to come with me." I said.

"Hmm okay" he said,

With that we got our things and went to the library.

Later that day...

I just got out of the bathroom and went outside to meet with Hanbin. When I got outside, I saw a sight that made me angry. I saw Kang-dae's group beating up Hanbin.

"What the fuck are you doing?" I shouted.

When they heard my voice, they looked at me before running away. I immediately ran to Hanbin to find him bleeding and unconscious.

"Shit, Hanbin" I said.

I checked his pulse to see that it was faint. I immediately took out my phone and called the ambulance.

"Hanbin, stay with me. Please stay with me." I said.

It wasn't long until the ambulance came and I rode with them to the hospital.

After a while...

I was currently in the hospital waiting for news on Hanbin. His dad is also here along with his partner, I called him to let him know about what happened to Hanbin. He tried to call Hanbin's mom but she didn't answer the phone.

"He'll be okay, right?" Hanbin's dad said.

"He'll be fine, honey." his partner said.

"Please, let him be okay. Please let him be okay." I kept mumbling.

Soon the doctor came out of the room.

"Family of Kim Hanbin?" the doctor said.

"That's me. I'm his dad. Please tell me my boy is okay." Hanbin's dad said.

The doctor gave him a sad look.

"I'm sorry. We tried but there was too much trauma to his head. He didn't make it." the doctor said.

I felt everything stop at that moment.

"No" Mr. Kim said.

He immediately collapsed and cried in his partner's arms.

"Stop, no. He can't be gone." I said in disbelief.

The doctor looked at me with sad eyes.

"I'm sorry" the doctor said.

"No, not my only friend. He can't be gone. My best friend is gone." I said.

I felt tears well up in my eyes.

"My best friend is gone." I said.

My sadness soon turned to anger when I realized something.

'Those idiots killed him.' I thought.
