Chapter 80: Return

Time skip to Monday...

I woke up to my alarm going off. I turned it off before yawning and getting out of bed. I then went to the bathroom to do my morning routine.

When I was done getting ready for the day, I left my room and went to go wake up the kids. I first went to Aera's room. I opened the door to find her still asleep.

I went over to her bed to wake her up.

"Aera, Aera, it's time to wake up." I said.

Aera mumbled something before turning to face away from me.

"Yah Aera. Time to get up." I said.

I shook Aera again and she slowly woke up.

"Mommy?" Aera said.

"Time to wake up, honey." I said.

Aera yawned and got up.

"Let's go get you ready." I said.

Aera rubbed her eyes and nodded. She got out of bed and went to the bathroom. After helping Aera, I went to Ye-jun's room and did the same.

After a while...

I was currently in the kitchen making breakfast when my phone went off. I looked at it to see that it was Rosé and picked up the phone.

Hello - me

Hey babe - Rosé

Hey baby - me

What are you up to? - Rosé

I'm currently making breakfast for me and the kids - me

Ah okay. Are the kids up? - Rosé

Yeah, I already woke them up - me

Hmm okay. So are you gonna come pick me up today? - Rosé

Hmm, I mean, do you mind if I drop off the kids before taking us to school? - me

I don't mind - Rosé

Then yeah, I'll pick you up - me

I soon heard footsteps running down the stairs.

Babe, I got to go now. I hear the kids coming downstairs - me

With that I hung up the phone just as the kids ran into the kitchen.

"Mommy, we're ready." Aera said.

"Haha okay. Go wait in the dining room." I said.

"Ne" they both said.

The kids went in the dining room and I soon followed after them when I was done making breakfast.

"Aera, Ye-jun, I have to pick up auntie Rosé before dropping you to off today, okay?" I said.

"Okay" they both said.

The three of us ate breakfast before the two of us finished getting ready for school.

At Rosé's house...

I just pulled up to Rosé's house.

"This is where Aunt Rosé lives?" Ye-jun asked.
