New Year New Me?

Note: I don't own Harry Potter or Twilight. The characters wont act the same as in the movies and in the end of the day this is just a Fan-Fiction and it's written just for fun. 

Barty's POV:

After an amazing time with Harry's and I guess my new siblings we start a new year that is hopefully going to be a better year than last year was. The Yule holiday went off great and the twins were somehow able to enchant the Mistletoe that they hung up to trap two people that walk under them. Harry and Edward were trapped under there for a few minutes until Harry had enough of Edwards saying that they were just siblings. Harry couldn't get him to see that they wouldn't be aloud out of the enchantment if they didn't share a kiss in some way. He reach up to pull Edward closer and he kissed him on the cheek. When the kiss ended they were both released but Edward didn't move from his spot for half an hour and by then other people had already been trapped under it as well. Though the Mistletoe did move to different parts of the living room so he wasn't caught with the other people. When he 'woke up' he made a beeline straight over to Harry and began to stick by his side for the rest of the night. He even stopped any of his other family members from getting to close to Harry he had started off with Jacob when he first got over there. He almost threw Rosalie out of the window and he would have if Harry and dad didn't stop him from doing so. His other family members were just watching not understanding except for Esme she seemed to know what was going on. The only reason I could come up for her understanding was either Harry somehow told her or she figured it out seeing as she is his mother figure. After that everyone stopped trying to get closer to them other than the twins since they like to see how far they can take things. Jacob and his father were very amused by Edward's actions even after he sent Jacob away earlier that evening. At a few points in the night they joined in on the fun of trying to take Harry away from Edward. There was a lot of teasing going on everyone had joined in even Snape not just the twins it was all playful teasing nothing to harsh.

We have just stated the new year and we all have to head back to work and Harry back to school. Though the building is still in repair he is going to school through the computer plus the way that dad's teacher meetings are going teaching may stay like this for the rest of the year. This is also how dad is still teaching through a computer that Harry helped him set up over the summer saying that he would need it for at home use. I have returned to my job at the book store while Sirius and Remus have returned to their jobs. Snape even was able to find a job though Carlisle was the one to offer him the open job so he can work with the prescription in the Hospital. Carlisle told Snape that he would be dealing with filling the medication and having them ready for the patients. He would also be working with the scientist to try and fine cures for illnesses. Carlisle told him that he would be doing this more than helping out with filling the prescriptions. Carlisle said that he would only be doing that if they are short staffed and that doesn't always happen but it is better to be prepared than to not have back up plans. Dad also suggested to Sirius for him to bring Snape with him to the Aurors so they know that there is another wizard that lives here in this area as well as in this house. Though Sirius is now getting sent out on more missions by the Aurors to try and look for clues as to where the three Vampires are. With what the Aurors have been saying they maybe able to stop them quicker if they have everyone on the case. Sirius is still worried that they may have left the surrounding area around Forks and they are now terrorizing another place that isn't able to defend themselves. He knows that it would be in our best interest that they have left but that also doesn't make him feel any better. This is also what has pushed him into working overtime to be able to keep everyone safe from them. I hear him talking to Reamus and he always says stuff like how he is doing this for Harry to be safe from them as well as for the rest of us. I know that what he tells us is completely different to what he actually wants. He may think that he is just doing this for Harry's safety but in reality he is also doing this for everyone in the world. I feel as though he may be trying to make up for what happened to his two best friends all those years ago seeing as he wasn't there to save them then he just wants to be able to save others this time around.
