Chapter 8

Jenna's POV

"Jenna! Wake up! You need to take us shopping!" Anna hollered bang pots and pans together. Brianna and Reana were behind her marching around my room like they were in the army.

I groaned and hid my face into my pillow. I felt a sudden cold breeze on my body that sent chills down my spine. I reached for my blanket but only felt my skin. I sat up looking for it but then realized Reana had snatched it off my bed. "Reana..." I whined. "Give me my blanket." She shook her head no and ran out of my bedroom.

Soon enough, I was chasing her all around my house. "Reana! Give it to me!" She stopped in the middle of the living room, my couch in between us.

"How hard do you want it?" She said smirking and chuckling evilly. She was disgusting sometimes. I reached for the blanket, but she pulled away before I could take a hold of it. I pounded my fist on my couch. "Dang it!" She ran outside onto the driveway.

"Reana, if you do not give me the dang blanket right now, I swear I will-"

"You'll what? Shoot me?" She laughed. I was furious. All I wanted was my blanket and to sleep. My face turned a bright red. Her eyes widened and she ran toward the sidewalk. I chased after her, but she was too fast for me. But, she did earn a scholarship for running for her school. I stopped in my tracks.

"Fine, if you give me my blanket, I'll take you to the shopping." I tried to convince her while panting like a dog. She quit running and turned around slowly. She cocked an eyebrow and spoke. "And will you get me food?" I rolled my eyes and nodded. She gave me a giant grin and ran back to me and handed me my blanket.

I stomped back inside and put my blanket on my bed. I came back and glared at them. "I hate you guys..." I said walking to the kitchen. "Peasants..." I managed to mumble under my breath. They all laughed and high fived each other.

I grabbed some cereal and the gallon of milk. I poured both in and I took a spoon out of the drawer. I headed to my couch with the rest of the girls. They were watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians. I hated that show.

"Why do you guys like this show? It has no point." I said putting a spoonful of cereal in my mouth.

They all turned their heads simultaneously, their stare burning through me. "What?" I asked with a full mouth.

They rolled their eyes and shook their heads and continued watching the show. Kim was crying once again about losing an earring in the ocean which left all four of us were cracking up..

I finished my meal and put it in the sink. "Alright girls, I'm going to get ready." They ignored me and I continued walking into the bathroom and turned the knob in the shower. I went back into my room to grab some shorts, a T-Shirt, undergarments, and a towel. I strolled back into the bathroom to take quick shower.

I came out and see the girls' eyes still glued to the screen. I clapped my hands a few times and I had startled them so much Brianna fell onto the floor. I bursted into laughter and threw my head back.

After ten minutes of laughing, I went into my room and opened my wardrobe. I could not choose what I was going to wear. I kept searching and searching and finally settled for a sleeveless and flowy shirt with studs on the collar. I pulled out some black skinnies and grabbed my combat boots with a flowery pattern on the inside. I put everything on my bead and speed walked back into the bathroom to blow dry and straighten my hair pin-straight. I hung my towel up and changed into my outfit.

I came out to show the girls my outfit and their jaws dropped. "That outfit looks so good," I smiled at Anna's comment. "on me." She smirked. I chuckled and rolled my eyes. "Let's do this!" I said, snatching my eyes and running out the door with my purse.
