"Teresa?" Thomas asks a couple times, while looking frantically around for whoever that is. He spots a girl with wavy brown hair. But is disappointed to find out that it was not in fact Teresa.

"That's Rachel. They took her the first night." Aris is standing nearby watching him. "I told her it was going to be okay."

"Someone is coming." Loralie warns the two and Thomas quickly shuts the case and they all hide. Thomas behind a pillar, Aris behind a big oxygen machine, and Loralie behind a metal cart.

"You sure this can't wait?" Janson's voice ringed through the room.

"She was very specific sir, she wanted to speak with you personally." A second voice responds.

"As if I don't have enough to deal with." Janson complains.

"Just uh, bear with me, I'm getting some interference with the storm."

"Come on, it's good enough, make the connection." Orders Janson. "Good evening doctor Paige, lovely to see you again. Although, I admit, I wasn't expecting to hear from you so soon."

"Change of plans Janson. I'll be arriving a little sooner than expected. First thing tomorrow." Dr Paige's cold and clipped voice rang out.

"Oh, well we will be delighted to have you. I think you will be pleased with the progress we've made. As you can see early results have been extremely promising. Whatever it is that you have been doing there, it's working."

The three kids exchanged a shared worried look and quickly but quietly turned their heads back to where Janson was talking.

"Not well enough. I just received board approval. I want all the remaining subjects sedated and prepped for harvest by the time I arrive."

"Dr Paige we are going as fast as we can. We are still running tests."

"Try something faster."

When she said this a small tremor of terror ran through Janson's body only Loralie was able to pick up, but he recovered quickly.

"Until I can guarantee their security, this is the best plan."

"Ma'am security is my job. We are on 24-hour lockdown here. I am assuring you the assets are secure." Janson said quickly.

"Have you found the Right Arm?" Dr Paige demands.

"Not yet, we tracked them as far as the mountains."

"So they are still out there? They've already hit two of our installations. They want these kids as badly as we do.

Loralie's leg stiffens from crouching behind the metal cart for so long and she bites her tongue to keep her from groaning. If she didn't get out of there soon, she might get them caught. Her pain tolerance wasn't all that great and her legs were really starting to ache, but she didn't move a muscle for fear of being seen. She wondered how the two boys were holding up.

Dr Paige continued on, "And i CAN NOT, i can not afford another loss. Not now when I am so close to a cure."

Janson blinked and stepped back in shock and this did not go unnoticed.

"If you are not up for the task then I will find someone who is." She added before finally turning away from the screen.

"That won't be necessary." Janson said. "Might I suggest we start with the most recent arrivals?"

"Just get it done." At this statement Janson turned away and started toward the exit and Loralie almost sighed in relief but caught herself at the last second.
