ROSIES POV
I slouched onto my bed after my date with Dan. I remembered how we got Java Chip Frapichinos, and I giggled at the memory of when Dan spilled half of his on the floor.
Just thinking of his adorable smile made me blush.
Wait. Adorable smile? Rosie, what's gotten into you?
I groaned loudly as I shook my head.
Meow, meow! I heard Sparklez say.
"Oh, you wanna hear about my date?" I ask with a baby voice.
Hiss!! Sparklez replies back.
"Okay, okay, geez."
TIME SKIP TO TOMORROW
"Hey Dan!" I exclaim as I walk into the mall.
"Oh, hey Rose!" He replies back joyfully.
"Rose?" I question.
"Oh, you know. Just a nickname! It suits you well. Roses are beautiful yet they have thorns on the stems. It takes courage to pick a rose, but when you do, you treasure it for as long as you can." His brown eyes stared at me, which caused me to blush uncontrollably.
"That's the most cheesiest thing I've ever heard." I snicker.
We both began to laugh, and it felt good to actually have fun with someone. It's been ages since I've went on a date, as well.
He put his hand in front of mine, hinting that we should hold hands. I held onto his hand, and we slowly began to walk down the mall, until I saw it. Until I saw him.
