It's been two weeks after Billy died. Not a lot of people mourned him. Most people were glad that he was dead. If you could sum up Billy, it would be that he was a major asshole. Though, it didn't stop his parents from throwing a funeral. It didn't stop Max from feeling a twinge of guilt that it might be her fault.

Soon people just forgot about it. Just like they did with Angela, Troy, Dustin and James. It was another murder for the cops to solve. No one has gotten a lead yet. They assumed that the murderers would be sloppy and leave a trace behind. But there was nothing; no knife or mask was left behind.

He cops even put a curfew for kids and teenagers to be at their houses by nine. They started expecting that the kills happened around midnight. Since that was when they gotten the calls. Sometimes it would be the neighbors, who reported hearing a scream in the house next to them. Sometimes it would be the parents reporting that their kid was found in a pool of their own blood. Both had them more on guard than off guard.

Until a party was held of course. The party was held at Steve's house. He invited everyone to come that was over the age of sixteen. It was evident that Steve didn't care about Billy's death. Though, who would blame him? It did end up being a good party at the end.

"I'm just saying that they're definitely going to be at the party." Max argued with Mike.

"Why the fuck would killers want to come to a party?" Mike asked in frustration.

"It's the perfect distraction, dumbass." Max sighed.

"Yes, because being around loud teens with no alcohol tolerance is a dream." Mike said sarcastically.

"They wouldn't wanna hang out with you, that's for sure." Max said.

"They wouldn't wanna hang out with you either, Beverly Marsh." Mike said as he crossed his arms.

"Now you're just being a fucking bitch." Max said; annoyance in her voice.

"At least I'm not a redhead." Mike smirked.

"Oh, that's it." Max said as she was about to hit Mike in the face.

"How about we calm down and enjoy the party?" El asked them, interrupting their fight.

"Fine." Both replied in annoyance.

"Come on, guys. It's a party, at least be more enthusiastic about it." Will said attempting to break the tension.

"Okay, mom." Mike sighed.

Max flashed him a sarcastic smile. She was not in the mood to argue with Will. He wasn't the one that pissed her off at all. It was Mike that did the trick in making her mad. He was the one who argued with her, if the killers would ever come to the part. She was sure they would.

Who wouldn't come to a party where there's loud music to cut off someone's screams? It was a perfect scenario and it would work out. No one would know who did it. No one would dare to even think about suspecting them. Not if they hung out with their friends all the time. They had alibis to defend them from being suspicious.

Max did suspect them to stand out. She expected them to act suspicious. They had to be in a group that stood out. Who else do you expect to get away with things? Her best guess was Chrissy and Jason, two popular people who everyone liked. But then again, Chrissy was a very bubbly girl.

They stopped in front of Steve's house. They parked just across from his house. Seen as there were other cars surrounding the house too. They got out and walked towards the front door. Mike knocked on the door and Steve answered it. You could tell that he was already drunk.

"Hey, my favorite group in school." He slurred his words. "Come on in." He said and moved put of the way.

"Hi, Steve." The group said.

They walked into the house. It was filled with people all over the place. Originally the party started at eight and would end in nine-thirty. It was only an hour and a half due to the curfew. Most people didn't want to die yet. Not like the others at least.

"So, anyone got any idea who to look at?" Max asked.

"I'd say the basketball players, but they don't seem like the type to kill." Lucas replied.

"You think that they already found their final girl?" Jane asked.

"Possibly. They need a girl. Sidney ended up being Billy and Stu's, but this is Hawkins. No girl would be a virgin." Max told them.

"Besides, El." Mike added.

"Wait, you two haven't had sex yet?" Max asked confused.

"I wasn't ready yet." El said and looked down.

"I think I like you more, now that you took El's comfortability into consideration." Max said to Mike.

"Consent matters, Mayfield." Mike rolled his eyes.

Max grabbed Lucas' arm and disappeared into the crowd, leaving the three teens alone. Will also disappeared into the crowd. It just left Mike and El alone. Time to enjoy the party.

What a shitty way to end a chapter

I still can't get over how Billy and Stu chose Sidney as their final girl

Like they just wanted to give her some trauma and call it a day

Y'all I'm still curious to this day on what would've happened if Billy and Stu actually excuted their plan correctly

Gotta love my two psychotic gay men
