I know you are now probably wondering what has happened to Jake.
Jake married a beautiful life named Samantha. They had two wonderful children named Cameron and Savannah, after me. They moved to Colorado and have been happy ever since. It took Jake a while to get over my death, and me to get over my love. For years I have watched over him, and frankly I'm glad that everything turned out well for both of us. I'll always love you Jake.
