Personality: [Some people make rumors about Seiko, basically saying that he enjoys the pain he brings others when using his ability, but this is far from the truth, Seiko actually believes that he is helping people when he uses his ability..as his ability can bring back happy memories for people, and can even make up a reality in the dream where he brings you anything you wanted in real life, but couldn't due to something that happened in your childhood or when you were a teenager. Seiko is a determined person when it comes to something he sets his mind to, even pushing himself to not sleep until he finishes something, which causes people to drag him to his bedroom to sleep, though this doesn't exactly always work. Despite seeming to stay up all night to finish something, he somehow always has a smile on his face and is full of energy, which confuses people because he doesn't do anything to wake him up or to energize him.]

Ability Description: [This ability causes his pupils to have a hypnotic spiral to it, if you look at him for a second as his ability is activated, you'll end up staring at him in the eyes..which Seiko really does not like, as it makes him uncomfortable. As you stare into his eyes, you'll begin to fall into a lucid dream state out of nowhere..once in the lucid dream state, you'll be put in a sleep paralysis state where you can't move your body, or have trouble doing so, which sends panic to the person experiencing this effect at first. As you're in the sleep paralysis state, you'll experience a realistic dream that is from your memories, or a dream of a memory that didn't happen(this is a dream that Seiko made for the person experiencing it if they had a terrible childhood). If you're in the dream like state for more than 10 minutes, you'll probably die or be put in a coma..but to escape from this dream like state, someone else will have to move you away from Seiko and also cover your eyes, though, once you are out of the dream, you'll notice that you're exhausted and is paler than usual, and despite needing sleeping..you'll have trouble which is a side effect of his ability.]

Backstory/Mini Information: [Seiko was originally born in America and went by the name Scott, but his family would soon move to Japan because of his father's work, which he didn't mind because he didn't really have a lot of friends where he was, so he wasn't exactly going to miss anyone where they used to live. When Seiko was 15, he would accidentally put a kid into a coma, but nobody knew it was him and the doctors said it was a medical mystery..but Seiko knew very well it was him that did that, and he was worried about the kid, wondering if they'd ever wake up, but he would never get to know. It would take a while until Seiko realized what his ability was like, and he began to wonder if he could change the dream that he gave to people, which, after a few experiments, he was actually able to. When Seiko was part of the Port Mafia, he would be used as an interrogator, which due to his ability, would actually end up working.]
