As I was walking to our date meeting place, I had a rush of excitement flowing through my body. I don't know why I'm so excited about this. It's nothing but a simple date, right? I walked and waited in a park for Seokjin hyung. I'm not sure whether Seokjin hyung was running late, I was early or time is ticking reeeeeally slow. I was actually started to rethink this. What if he doesn't like me? What if he doesn't want to go on another date? What if he thinks I'm weird or different? All these thought circling in my head. I don't think I'll be able to handle rejection. But then again these are all just thoughts. What I'm worried about is will it happen or not. It was getting late. "I don't think he's coming..." Just as I was about to leave, I heard someone call my name. "Namjoon! Wait!" I turned to see who was calling me and there he was.
He looked mesmerizing. He had a pink cap with a bubblegum pink shirt, he had black denim jeans and a shade of black glasses. He looked like a complete angel.

I was left breathless. How can someone look so beautiful? He came running to the spot and stopped panting. "Sorry I'm late. After I got your message, I took a quick nap buuuut then realized I overslept. Sorry Namjoon ah. I hope you weren't waiting too long." "O-oh it's fine Seokjin hyung. I was a bit concerned you ghosted me though. But I'm glad you made it, thank you for coming." He gave me the sweetest smile ever. The one I want for myself. Oh, how nice it would feel to have someone like him in my life, forever. "So, shall we?" he asked in a sweet tone. " Yeah of course." The date went on for hours and it was the best date ever! We went out for some lunch. Went to a calm lake side and took a quick dive in it. After all that energy use went out for some ice cream. It was amazing.
" Thank you so much for today Namjoon ah. I really enjoy it" "No problem, I had quite a good time myself." He simply looked at me and smiled softly. The sun light was shining across his face making him the most beautiful person ever. I know I keep saying this but c'mon. HAVE YOU SEEN THIS PERSON! He looks so beautiful, no word in the world can describe his beauty. I haven't even noticed on how much I was staring at him, until he finally spoke again. "Well, I gotta go. I have work tomorrow and I need to get up early." "Oh yeah. Well, I had an amazing day Seokjin hyung. Do you... maybe wanna hang out more?" He simply looked up at me and smiled, "Yeah I would love that. And you don't have to call me Seokjin hyung all the time. Just Jin would fine. It would be a good start to our friendship." My heart was pumping with excitement. Another date means todays was successful. I smiled softly, said my goodbyes and left.
I finally arrived at my apartment and sat down after locking the door behind me. I can't believe I went on a successful date in a while. I have a good feeling about our next date. The feeling is strong and can't be overpowered. I'm looking forward to the next date. Maybe after a few more dates I can ask Jin hyung to finally be mine. I shouldn't rush into things. All I need now is patience.
