She has difficulty transitioning into a mother figure for the girls as she initially treats them as babies and is a bit old-fashioned. Though she at first believes she isn't the best person to take care of The Chipettes, she grows to love and appreciate their company.
She is also very supportive which lets the chipettes be more themselves when Tanya and Charlene arrived at Miss millers home unfortunately Brittany ,Jeanette and Eleanor already took over the spare room in order for Charlene and Tanya to stay Jeanette suggested a tree house to stay in so they could stay so Miss Miller Hired someone to Build them a tree house.
Charlene & Brittany views miss miller as demanding having them do chores Charlene suggested hiring maids to clean the house but Eleanor denied that suggestion and told Brittany and Charlene to stop being Lazy
