Y/n POV

"You will be debuting in 3 months,"

"She said what now?!"

I stood there in front of them, frozen by the news I just received. Just like the time stopped as my mind continued to process the words that came out of the CEO's mouth. As every word hits my mind, the kick emotions rush into my body.

"I-I'm?-" I quivered as the words finally hit my emotions.

My tears of gratitude and happiness slowly formed in my eyes, as this is a one-in-a-million thing. Yes, all people dream about something, but I am one of the fortunate to achieve mine.

This is something I never expected, but as the opportunity presented itself, my mind didn't hesitate to grab it. There is a song that says, a dream is a wish your heart makes, if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true.

We all know the fairytale of Cinderella, the way her world is full of pain at the early stages of her life, come it be with anger, jealousy, or hiding in the shadows. It's like all problems have faced her, but she never gives her life up. She kept the positivity around her as the motivation to go on. She accepted the reality while focusing on the things that make her happy

The smile, I showed a smile that not only signifies happiness, but also shows shock, relief, and gratitude. From here, Minji immediately hugged me with her eyes smiling, along with a big grin.

"YOU DID IT! YOU DID IT!" Minji shakes me in our hug, making me get out of my trance and giggle at the cuddly teddy bear.

I hugged Minji back, but mine was tighter. From the first pitch, Minji is there, ready to guide me like every time I am in the building. There is no sunbaenim when I'm with Minji, there is only my friend.

"Thank you so much Minmin," I whispered to her.

"When did you get me that nickname?" Minji asked and I just giggled and patted her head.

"I just felt like it's better if I call you that," I said and Minji snickered.

"Flirt~," Minji said, making me giggle.

I then looked at the others and they had strange smiles on their face. It's like they are smi- oh shit...

"This is not what y'all think!" I exclaimed making them nod, but I'm pretty sure they don't believe me.

"Yah Minji-ah, tell them that we are not in a relationship," I whispered to the girl hugging me but immediately, she parted from our hug and interlocked her fingers with mine.

"We're together! I accepted Y/n to be my boyfriend!" Minji squealed and the audience erupted, cheering for us while here I was, dumbfounded by the fast pace of events.

"And I know that Y/n will take care of you Minji, am I right Y/n?" The ador CEO eyed me, making me nod fast.

"Y/n has the rizz? Damn, I want to be your student," Jake said and Joshua sunbaenim patted his back.

"I'm here. I will teach you today because Y/n has a date," Joshua sunbaenim said and dragged Jake out of the room, giggling.

The CEO and Ji noona also, went out of the room, leaving Chaewon, Minji, and me alone.

"Oh well~, HYBE has been a happy place for you Y/n~ I will tell Yujin! Bye!" Chaewon said and ran outside, not giving me a chance to speak. I sighed at my situation and then, glared at the girl who started this.

"No Chae-! *sigh* You!" I said and Minji just casually sat on the table with a smile on her face.

"What?" Minji answered with an innocent smile that would make you either annoyed or in awe just because of her natural beauty.
