Chapter 12: An Unexpected Fight
Me and my sister run towards the loud yells. They lead us to the wine cellar. Tauriel is standing there in confusion and she seems frustrated. 'What is going on here?' I ask her. 'The prisoners have escaped.' she tells me. I can't believe what I just heard. No creature on this earth has ever, ever escaped the dungeons of The Woodland Realm. 'And what was the guard, who had the enprisoned under his command, doing? Finishing his bottle of wine I presume?' I shake my head with disappointment. 'I hope I won't have to explain to him the difference between work duties and party duties.' I sigh. 'Which prisoners?' I ask. 'The Dwarves it seems.' A guard answers me. Tauriel left already, she's going after them. I turn to my sister. 'Care for a hunt?' I ask her and her face shows a devilish smile, one that I can never forget. I smile back at her and we head for the door that will lead us to the river.
Once we reach the river the Dwarves are stuck but the Elves are fighting Orcs. What are these filthy creatures doing here? Are they after the Dwarves? Questions running through my head but the answers stay hidden. I push them out of my mind and reach for my sword which I take out of its scabbard. I run at an Orc that's currently bothering another Elf and my sister follows me into battle. I dodge an attack of the horrid creature and hit the Orc's arm. I block another attack and allow my sword to make its way to the Orc's neck. I smoothly decapitate him showing a bright smile on my face and I make my way to the next one.
