It was a normal day for Verdugo but as he walked home he didn't expect to die. What will he do now that he wakes up as a version of his favorite character? There is only one way to find out~

Gaster had taken us out of the weird tubes we were in, oddly enough his voice and body language didn't seem very aggressive. He also dressed us up in a brown type of hospital gown, the specific color known as burnt sienna, I only knew this because I had a room with this exact color in my home(or what was my home).
He also doesn't seem to act like the Gaster from Handplates, from what I remember that is.
He soon put me in a separate room from Papyrus mumbling about making sure we don't hurt each other and waiting for our souls to adapt to the outside environment. The rooms looked very soft, to say the least, the walls had cushions on them in case we fell and the floor had soft foam puzzles like the ones in playrooms for kids.
I guess it would take a while before I'm allowed to see Papyrus again.

A while passed and I heard Papyrus screaming, I was confused and scared of what had happened to him. Was he hurt? Did Gaster hurt him after all? Is he screaming out of fear? After a while, the screaming stopped. And I remembered what happened in the comic.
He Probably Dropped His Arm! Gosh darn, I was probably worrying for nothing!

I entered the room where subject 2 was in a hurry since I heard his screams. When I got there I realized the reason why.

His hand must have gotten loose.
As I took the hand in my hold and walked slowly towards Subject 2 (I have to find a name for them). As I walked closer I realized I was only scaring him so I tried to talk in a soft voice to get them to stop moving.
It seemed like it worked as they stopped screaming but still looked wary. I tried to approach them again this time it looked like they were curious. As I finally grabbed a hold of their humerus I reconnected his arm.
He only stared at his arm for a while until he looked at me with wide eyesockets and before I knew it I was hugged by him.
So cute!*cough* I mean a show of gratitude was alright.
