"I can see him guarding a girl named Chaewon" Ryujin said
"I see... I should set you free then" you said
"You can't" Ryujin said "My contract with you is I will be your guardian for the rest of your life"
"Until I die?" You asked
"Yes" Ryujin said
"Your job is to keep me safe right?" You asked
"Yes" Ryujin said
"Doing everything in your powers to keep me safe and save me from death and make sure I die in a old age?" You said
"Yes" Ryujin asked
"What happen if you fail?" You asked

You looked down "You won't lose your powers if I gave my life to someone else?" You asked

Ryujin is a spirit that grants safe haven and guidance, she was called a light guardian and those who were in her sight were granted a 100% of getting to live away from illness and accidents.
As time goes by, Ryujin were now being forgotten by people she was losing her purpose in this world making her immortality disappeared but your parents came to know about her existence and saves her from death.
They asked her to watch over you and keep you safe for you weren't a healthy kid and you were born with an illness that causes you to live shortly, Ryujin accepted it and watch over you.
Along her journey guarding you she met a fellow spirit like her who made her heart skip a beat. You fell in love with Ryujin and coming to know her falling for someone else hurts you and Ryujin know about your feelings for her because her soul is connected to you.
You accepted that Ryujin will never look at you the way you look at her. It was hard to forget it for she was always with you. You can also see her meeting with the guy she likes who's named Jun.
You were jealous but you don't want Ryujin to know about it so you distract yourself with everything. Ryujin is very kind to you and she shown a great care for you.
You wanted to repay her but she said you didn't need to but you still wanted to so you asked for the place where she wanted to rest and she answered you
"A place where I can enjoy fresh air and a simple house with beautiful decorations to my likings, a place where I can do whatever I want" Ryujin said
So you painted a place for her and build a house to her liking, you even organize the place and made sure to connect it to one another. You wanted to make sure that this will be your greatest gift to her if you ever reach the time when you will leave her alone.
