Elijah strolled into his lavish kitchen, located within his magnificent Brookville residence, just like he did every evening. Tonight, he awaited the arrival of the person he unfortunately has invited over. As he rummaged through one of the cabinets, Elijah notices his front door open and Amber casually walks in through the door.

Elijah's eyes narrowed as he confronted Amber's audacious entrance. "You must be kidding if you think you can just stroll into my house as if you own it and pay the bills," he remarked pointedly, his gaze unwavering. Amber, undeterred, calmly placed her purse on the counter, reminding him, "You wanted to talk."

Elijah interrupted her, closing the cabinet door with a decisive thud. "We won't be having any discussions until you have the decency to step back outside, knock on the door, or ring the doorbell," He stated firmly.

Amber let out an exasperated sigh, her frustration evident. "Are you seriously making such a big deal out of this?" She huffed.

Elijah's gaze pierced through Amber, his irritation evident. "Did you just strolled into my house acting as if you own it. Do I resemble Sky or Nova to you?" He fired back, his voice infused with disbelief.

In a barely audible tone, Amber muttered, "It's not like I haven't been here before." She begrudgingly stepped back outside, returning to knock on the door. Meanwhile, Elijah takes the opportunity to pour himself a drink, intentionally prolonging her wait.

After what seemed like an eternity, Elijah finally approached the door and opened it. "Really? You had to make me wait for five minutes?" Amber rolled her eyes, visibly exasperated.

An icy glare met her gaze as Elijah retorted, "You wouldn't have been kept waiting if you had simply knocked the first time."

Leaning casually against the counter, Amber inquired, "So, what did you want to talk about?"

Elijah responded, his frustration evident as he posed a rhetorical question, "What the hell is wrong with you?"

Amber raised an eyebrow in disbelief. "I haven't done anything wrong, what are you talking about?" She retorted, her tone slightly defensive.

Elijah took a sip of his Whiskey Ginger before responding, his frustration evident. "That interview you did. What was that all about?" He questioned, his tone filled with confusion.

Amber crossed her arms, her expression firm. "I felt it was necessary to share my experiences and shed light on what I have to endure," She explained, maintaining her ground.

"You endure nothing! Are you trying to expose my identity to the entire world?" Elijah's voice rose with frustration.

"Well, maybe if you were present in my life, I wouldn't have felt the need to say anything," Amber retorted sharply, glaring at him.

Elijah let out a laugh, dismissing her words. "All you ever say is a bunch of lies. You won't get anything from me.

"I could easily reveal who you truly are, or even take you to court." She warned, her voice filled with arrogance.

"That would be the last thing you do," He retorted, his tone daring and full of conviction.

Elijah's expression hardened as he locks eyes with her. "I know deep down this is all about money for you. That's why you wanted to be in a relationship." He accused, the resentment evident in his voice.
