Once upon a time, there lived two girls named Mina Blanz and Bridgette Harker who became best friends...

However, they were opposites of one another...

They were different in personalities and had different upbringings...

Mina was born to a loving family...

With two beautiful, affectionate parents who were both dentists and married within 4 months of knowing each other...

During one bright, sunny morning, Mina's mom was skillfully flipping pancakes on the griddle as the delightful aroma of cooking filled the kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The sizzling sound of batter hitting the hot surface accompanied the rhythmic clinks of utensils against bowls. Meanwhile, Mina's dad sat cross-legged on the floor, completely engrossed in the learning game with their toddler. Colorful flashcards scattered across the floor displayed various objects, each one carefully chosen to stimulate the little one's curiosity and cognitive development. He encouraged her to identify and name the objects, celebrating each correct answer with smiles and gentle praise. Finally, he held up a card that showed a picture of a bird and told her to guess what it was.

Mina's dad: Can you tell me what this is, Mina?

Mina: Hmm...that's a bird, daddy!

Mina's dad: Correct! You're getting better at this.

Mina: This is too easy. Give me a hard one!

Mina's dad: Okay, let me see if I can, sweetheart.

He shuffled through the cards till he found an object that was difficult for 5 year olds to identify.

Mina's dad: I think I found a hard one...What about this?

Mina: She took 2 minutes to answer. Ooh, I remember this one! It's a cornucopia!

Mina's dad: Oh my god, you got it right again! You're so smart, Mina!

Mina's mom: She was done cooking the pancakes and said, Breakfast time! Pancakes are ready!

The family gathered around the kitchen table, ready to enjoy the delicious breakfast prepared by Mina's mom. The tabletop was adorned with plates, cutlery, and a stack of freshly made pancakes. They were arranged on each plate, topped generously with fluffy whipped cream and a colorful array of berries. The little girl's eyes widened with delight as her mom placed the pancake masterpiece in front of her. The sweet scent of maple syrup and the vibrant colors of the berries created an enticing display.

Mina: She took a bite. Hmm...Mommy, this is the best! These pancakes are so good.

Mina's mom: Really? I'm glad you love it. Would you like some orange juice too, sweetheart?

Mina: Yes, please!

She could always rely on them for anything and everything.

She had a happy, stable childhood and was rarely sad.

On the other hand, Bridgette was born to a highly dysfunctional family...

With an absent dad who left her and her mom after she was born...

Her mom had to work two jobs to support them alone. As a barista during the day and a stripper at night...

She barely had time to pay attention to her daughter...

Causing Bridgette to feel detached and distant from her own mom...

Morning routines were out of the norm for her Bridgette. With her mom's early shifts at the cafe starting at 7 am, Bridgette found herself having breakfast alone. Instead of the warmth of freshly cooked meals at a family table, she often relied on convenient and quickly prepared options left by her mom before heading to work. While her mom worked to provide, Bridgette would sit alone, perhaps at the kitchen table or a quiet corner, eating her meal in the solitude of the early morning.
