Flor's POV
Once greeted and escorted inside, they make their way towards Ciel's quarters. While walking through the manor, she could see how grandiose and massive it truly was. It's easy to get lost here. "Make sure to stay close" she told her assistant. She nodded and followed closely behind. Taking in the manors beauty. It was dark, but from the windows she could see the view of the massive gardens outside. The first thing she noticed when she came in was the beautiful foyer that was luxurious decorated with expensive chandeliers and tapestry. The grand double staircase that lead to the second floor of the manor. While taking the stairs she momentarily stopped when she saw a massive family portrait situated right in the center. Was it her family? She recognized Ciel, but she looked much younger. She was standing next to other people she didn't recognize, but she could only assume they were her family. She didn't want to be nosy so she didn't say anything, but she was very tempted to ask.
The second floor was even more beautiful, she could tell her family spared no expense in decorating the house. There was priceless artwork adorning the walls, sculptures everywhere as well as expensive antique furniture furnishing the manor. This place was more like a museum than a home. She was to scared to touch anything. "Your home is very beautiful" I said. "Hmm... Oh Yeah. Thanks". She answered loosely. She could tell something was bothering her, beacuse she was distracted. They kept walking until they reached a set beautiful intricate double doors. Ciel opened the doors and I was in awh. Every inch of this house was beautiful and Ciel's room was no exception.
"Come in. The maids will be here shortly with some light refreshments. Make yourself at home" she said. "Thanks. Mina get started on prepping that dress. Ciel let's get some accessories and shoes ready to complete the look. Let's take a look at your closet?" I asked. She nodded. She lead me across the room to another beautiful set of double doors, but this time they were frosted glass. It was a huge walk-in closet. Probably the size of my old NYC apartment. It was huge. Filled with beautiful dresses and shoes as well as bags as far as I could see. In the middle there lay a glass display of jewerly. Probably millions of dollars worth of jewerly laid behind that glass case. "Oh my God Ciel! These are stunning!" I shrieked. I couldn't help myself. I was weak to diamonds, rubys, emeralds and sapphires. There were even tiaras there. "They're the family jewels. There usually in the vault, but since I'm here now I get to use them" she answers. "Only you?" I curiously ask.
"Yes. They're reserved for the immediate family. The heirs family. More precisely the matriarch of the family. The wife. But since that seat has long been empty, they are passed on to the daughters. In that case, that would be me. It's a family tradition" she replies."Can I marry you?" I jokingly ask. She laughs. "No. But you could probably marry my older broth-- Actually that wouldn't work out since he's disinherited now. You should probably just marry me" she replies, and we bust out laughing. "I'm joking, but OMG girl these jewels are on another level. Dare I even say they rival that of the royal family" I joke. "Our collection isn't that grand but it's there. We have around 200+ years of designing and collecting jewelry. We have the same jewerly designer and maker as the royal family if I remeber correctly. To be honest I don't know much about these jewels as it's my first time seeing most of them and having them. They used to be my mothers..." she says the last part quietly. "Oh... how nice" I said awkwardly. I can tell these brought up some painful memories because she stays quite. Crap, what should I say now? Ciel quickly reads the mood and changed the subject. "Anyways.... let's pick out some jewerly and the rest of the accessories" she says. "Ok. I really like these pieces. I think they will complement the dress". I pick out one of the more daintier sets. I pair it with a tennis bracelet and the family ring.
For the shoes we go with a nude Louboutins and for a purse we go with a small clutch. It's almost time for him to pick her up so we put on the dress, which thankfully fits like a glove and touch up her makeup. Only difference is making the eyes a little smokier and bolder. "Girl you look hot! I know this man is gonna drop to his knees when he sees you!" I exclaim. "Stop. It's only dinner" she blushes. "Mhhh hmmm. Sure. Whatever you say. I can't even imagine what a date looks like for you!" I tease. "Ok. He should be here soon. Me and Mina are gonna get going so we can get out of your way, but girl you better catch me up ASAP about this later!" I yell while packing up our stuff. "Ok. I will. Let me just get someone to escort you girls out. This place is a fucking maze. I don't want you to get lost" she calls someone on her phone and a few minutes later someone knocks. "Come in - Oh Kane please escort these ladies to their car. And Greyson is going to be here soon so alert the front gate and entrance of his arrival" she says.
"Understood Ms. Gianni. If you señorinas could please follow me I will escort you out. Right this way please" and he motions for us to follow him. We bid our goodbyes and he escorts us to Minas car in silence. We follow the path out to the main gates at the entrance like he told us and we left. "That was crazy. Oh my, I was so scared to touch anything in there. That place was like a museum. If I broke something I don't think I could afford to pay it back in this lifetime" my assistant Mina let out. "Tell me about it. Lets just go back to pick up my car at Paradizo and go home. Its been a long day" I sigh.
