Life wasn't as easy as it was before for Taehyung. But that wasn't a problem for Taehyung, he got used to it and the best thing that would happen whenever he gets home, tired and drained, was to be in his love's arms.

Whenever Taehyung is all down and tired, Jungkook would be there to greet him. Embracing him and giving the love and care he had always wanted. Jungkook was his safe space and the younger thinks the same.

Jungkook's parents eventually accepted what their son wanted. At first they were a bit hesitant to accept but Jungkook being their only child and their love for him, made them forget all the hate they had for him.

For Taehyung, his mom accepted him pretty easily, except for his dad. Taehyung didn't care if his dad accepts or not, all he needed is Jungkook.

Taehyung smiled as he stood in front of the front door. Opening the front door, he's met with Jungkook, whose arms are crossed and a frown was on his face.
"Hyung, you know how many times I have called your phone? You didn't even bother reading my messages, where were you? Kim Taehyung? Answer me" Jungkook says, huffing as he squints his eyes.

"I even called your workplace, they told me you weren't at work... You know I was pretty worried-" Jungkook is cut off as a pair of lips connects with his. Despite being angry, he gave in and kissed back. Pulling away, they stared at each other.

"What was that for? I was telling you something-" Jungkook is cut off once again as Taehyung pulled out a small velvet box.
"What..." Jungkook says, staring at the box with wide eyes. He looked at Taehyung who smiled at him.
"Will you marry me?" Taehyung asks as he opens the box, revealing a ring.

"You did all that for this?"

"Yes"

"Then I say yes, dummy! You made me mad for no reason, never do that again!"

"I promise"
