**Spencer:** Hey, JJ, can we... uh... talk for a moment?
**JJ:** (smiling) Of course, Spencer. What's on your mind?
**Spencer:** (stammering) Well, I... I've been wanting to say... um...
**JJ:** (gently) Spencer, you seem really nervous. Is everything okay?
**Spencer:** (blushing furiously) I-I've been... trying to... express something... but it's hard to... um...
**JJ:** (realizing) Oh! Is this about what happened earlier?
**Spencer:** (nodding, embarrassed) Yeah, sorry, I-I got flustered and... I'm just bad at this.
**JJ:** (placing a hand on his arm) Hey, it's okay. You don't have to force yourself if it makes you uncomfortable.
**Spencer:** (disheartened) I know, but I... I want to tell you...
**JJ:** (smiling softly) Spencer, you don't have to say it. I understand.
**Spencer:** (surprised) You do?
**JJ:** (nodding) Yeah, I do. And... I like you too, Spencer.
**Spencer:** (eyes widening in disbelief) Wait, you do?
**JJ:** (nodding again, smiling) I do. I've noticed things too, and... I've been hoping you might feel the same way.
**Spencer:** (overwhelmed with relief) Wow, I didn't expect... I mean, I'm really glad you... feel that way.
**JJ:** (teasingly) So, what were you trying to say earlier?
**Spencer:** (sheepishly) That... um... I like you. A lot.
**JJ:** (grinning) Well, now that that's out in the open, what do we do next?
**Spencer:** (smiling shyly) I have no idea. Maybe start with dinner? Or... a movie?
**JJ:** (nodding) Sounds perfect.
**Spencer:** (gaining confidence) Great. I'll... um... I'll text you?
**JJ:** (laughing) You better.
