POV of Wein in Camp with Ninym

"Why is it like this?"

We were supposed to fight for a while and then go home. But, because of that stupid Marden general my troops won with no major lose and now they must want to counter-invade Marden. However, that's not possible because I still lack information there, unlike here where this is our own territory.

"Ninym help me" while tightening his embrace as he currently sat on a chair while hugging his white girlfriend

"Wein I know it's bad but you don't have to stay close like this" while trying to get a better spot and looking the squad's reconnaissance report.

"But I miss you and don't you want that too" while resting her head on her boyfriend's shoulder.

"Well you're not wrong" while leaning his weight on the prince.

"Hehe so I can be like this for the whole day" he read the report.

"It's not that easy, Your Highness. What are you going to do this time with such a motivated army out there?"

"I know that, if I go forward the cost of war will definitely go up if I retreat there will be a coup."

"Be patient" as she smiled and kissed the prince's cheek.

"Your Highness, we have request permission to report." Raklum's voice was heard from outside the camp.

POV 3rd still in camp

The officers immediately entered and as expected they asked for permission to launch a counterattack against Marden.

"Your Majesty it is time for us to attack the weakened eastern border of the Marden" said one of the officers.

"That's right Your Majesty according to reports there is almost no movement of marden troops in the eastern part of the country"

Meanwhile the prince, who had a headache trying to solve this suicide attack tried to look at some people and he saw Hagal. Although, he was not a native of Natra his skills and career in war could not be underestimated. Whether it was luck or not, but due to a tragedy, Hagal was expelled from his hometown and moved to Natra while offering his experience in the war which made him directly appointed as a major general of the Natra army.

Wein thought of an idea "Hagal, what do you think about the condition of our army, is it enough?"

"Apart from some flaws that need to be fixed our army has only suffered a little damage which gives us a chance to attack....... BUT...... do they have anything to take?" while looking at the map

"Indeed"

"That's right."

The officers began to show sour faces

"Then why don't we attack the Jiaat mine?" Wein said with a smile because he knew that his officers would not dare to attack deep into enemy territory especially a gold mine, but unfortunately he was wrong.

In just a matter of one week Natra's troops had managed to take control of the mine without a fight because some of Marden's troops immediately fled after hearing that Natra was going to attack and some even surrendered and sided with Natra.

POV 3rd Person Ninym in one of Noble houses in Jilaat Mine

I am currently walking to Wein's bedroom or so after the best military occupation in history, considering there were no casualties on the invaders' side and we also managed to get a gold mine. We quickly make relation with the people in the mining area without even a hint of rebellion and made one of the Noble houses our headquarters.
