Kevin looked around startled at his surroundings. Everything seemed grainy yet clear with a yellowed hue. He shook his head and held it for a second noting the distinct lack of clinking metal noises he'd grown accustomed to. He looked down at his hands and touched they were back to being human.
"What the hell?" He asked as he turned and looked around for a reflection. The closest thing to him being a window.
He rushed up to it and saw the reflection of who he was currently and sighed a bit before remembering where he was supposed to be.
"Right, this is a simulation to help me and Uzi understand the past about V and N." He said as he flexed his hand.
"Should go look for the others." Kevin said looking up and heading towards the upstairs trying not to get noticed by the party guests. And so far he managed to do just that. But the stairs seemed more intimidating the closer he got. But he growled to himself and pressed onwards before being stopped by a familiar person.
"Yo Kevin... where you going buddy? The party's this way!" He said smiling before getting smacked upside the back of his head.
"Felix come on. Need to know where the hell everyone else is." He said as Felix grabbed his head before blinking his eyes and looking confused then like it all clicked.
"Fuck that's trippy..." he said looking at his hands.
"That makes two of us... though I'm surprised we're able to break through this so quickly... might be because our extra processing power?" Kevin muttered out his question.
"Unlikely but it works for now." Felix muttered back as they climbed the stairs. as they climbed the mood of the memories shifted from bright and somewhat cheery to muted and eerie.
"Well this is ominous." Kevin muttered as they explored more and more before finding a library full of stationary drones with an error code on their faces.
"Looks like were heading into the big bad's lair..." Felix said stopping his buddy.
"Grab weapons?" Kevin asked.
"Grab weapons." Felix affirmed before leading them to look for any weapons they could find.
