"What the actual hell is your problem?!" Alex yelled as soon as she stormed into Snape's (luckily) empty classroom.

He barely flinched as she stormed up to where he was sitting at his desk, anger radiating off of her. Snape merely flicked his wand, closing the classroom door since he knew there was about to be a shouting match.

"Exactly what are you referring to, Miss Selwyn?" Snape asked condescendingly.

"Don't you dare play stupid," Alex snapped.  "As hard as it is for me to admit, you are more intelligent than that and if you ever tell anyone I said that, I will deny it.  But I am referring to you letting it accidentally slip to the Slytherins how Professor Lupin is a werewolf."

Again, Snape feigned confusion. "Are you sure it was me?" He tried to say. "Because you know, anyone could have noticed the obvious signs -"

"Hagrid told me," Alex cut him off.

Snape looked up at her, seeing the fury behind her eyes, a look he recognized in his old nemesis from their school days.  The look even caused Snape to shiver slightly because of how angry Alex was.

"So what if I let it slip?" He sneered, slowly standing up from his desk.  "He nearly killed you all last night, he shouldn't be teaching you-"

"He is the best Defense Against the Dark Arts professor we have ever had!" Alex yelled, angry tears beginning to well in her eyes.  "And you find satisfaction in ruining an innocent man's life?!"

"Innocent?" Snape scoffed.  "He attacked you all-"

"Yes because he had such a choice when he was bitten as a werewolf!" Alex shouted.  "I don't know what makes you think you have the right to decide how he feels about being a werewolf, but news flash for you, Severus: You don't!"

"Oh please!" Snape responded loudly.  "I think everyone had a right I know what kind of person their teacher was!  And I don't know how but I know you aided your father and mother's escape!"

"They were innocent!" Alex shouted.  "You were knocked out but we all saw Peter Pettigrew last night, whether you care to pull your head out of your arse or not!  But this much I know: My father is innocent!"

"That is no way to speak to your guardian, Alexandria!" Snape growled. "You will respect me-"

"Well, as I recall telling you earlier in the year, respect is earned and after what I've seen this past school year, especially last night, you have barely earned any respect from me!"

"But I am your elder-"

"I DON'T GIVE A DAMN!" Alex shouted so loud, the bottles on the shelf behind Snape shook. "You are absolutely nothing to me." Her tone was so low, it was almost a whisper as she stared Snape directly in the face with tears flowing down her cheeks. "I'd rather be homeless than ever live with you again."
