Hiya. This has no relevance to the story... except it does! This is a basic guide to y/n's (your) ability, and how it works. (Also dont worry, im not actually advertising anything)
Basically, y/n is able to create weapons out of fear, and depending on how strong the fear is, the weapon can be more or less durable. Now, who's fear is he creating it from? Yes. By that i mean, ANYONE'S! Including his own (explaining the crration of the dagger and the more durable showrtsword that could withstand more than one strike). He can also create it from others fear. Now, normally y/n had the ability to freeze anyone in place and ______________ on command, whenever he wanted to (for new readers, i aint spoiling his abilities.). But now, he is restrained to weapons. After succesfully wounding his opponent using the weapons, he can do the little commands. Make sense? Alright. His weapon creation does have a limit! Ranged weapons are a no-go, since the material cant bend like a string... yet. And a gun isnt possible for obvious reasons (Too many parts needed to make). In order to create a weapon, he needs to have knowledge of how it is built/looks like, so he COULD make an amalgamation of like 7 weapons if he really wanted to. Also, i will be expanding ehat he can do with fear, and his weapon creating abilities later on in the story, as y/n gets progressively stronger and better at utilizing his abilities (kinda like yoru in the recent csm chapters). He will learn to use fear in different and unique ways, so stay tuned! With that said, Baiii :3
