𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫 [RWBY x Male Reader]

Chapter 6

Port: The moral of this story? A true Huntsman must be honorable!A true Huntsman must be dependable. So, who among you believes themselves to be the embodiment of these traits?

Ruby is not-so-subtly picking her nose, much to Weiss' building anger.

Weiss: I do, sir!

Her hand shot up in the air. Still under the influence of anger, she walked down in front the class where there was a cage. It had a glowing red eyes surrounded by shadow shaking the cage that traps a grimm.

Port: Get ready then.

Weiss Schnee, now back in her regular attire, readying her Myrtenaster at the growling creature in the cage barely seen. Ruby and Yang cheering on for our teammate raising their first and a small flag

Yang: Goooo, Weiss!

Blake: Fight well!

Ruby Rose : Yeah, represent Teeeeam RWBY!

Weiss: Ruby! I'm trying to focus!

Weiss furrowed her eyes and glared at Ruby, lowering her sword. Clearly disturbed by her 'childish acts'

Ruby: Oh...sorry

Ruby gazed down at her feet, sheepishly while I gave her a pat on the back, trying cheer her up

Klaus: It's alright she didn't mean that

Port: Allllright! Let the match... begin!

The professor swings down and breaks the lock, dropping the cage door and revealing the Boarbatusk inside, which immediately charges at Weiss.

She uses Myrtenaster to deflect its attack and roll to the side, readying herself for its next move. The Grimm stands a distance away from its enemy, studying her.

She's already worked up by not being the team leader and is clearly agitated by Ruby's action, she's definitely gonna mess this up somehow. I thought to myself

Ruby: Hang in there, Weiss!

Weiss is now speeding towards the oncoming Boarbatusk, sticking her blade straight at its skull until they meet and Myrtenaster is trapped in the beast's tusks. Weiss is still hanging on to the hilt, and is tossed around as she struggles to get the rapier back.

Klaus: Hang in there!

Weiss: Just shut up

The White haired girl turns to glare at me, only for the Boarbatusk to turn its head and rip the sword from her grip. Myrtenaster lands far away from its master, who is knocked back by the creature's tusks.

Port: Oh-ho! Now what will you do without your weapon?

Weiss looks up just in time to see the Boarbatusk charge again, rolling out of the way just in time to avoid getting trampled and make it crash into a desk. Weiss rushes at her sword and slides to get it back in her hand.

Ruby: Weiss! Go for its belly! There's no armor underneath-

Weiss: Stop telling me what to do!

And with that she activated some black circles which I think is her semblance and stops the charging boar. Turning it the circle blue, she drives the blade into the Boarbatusk's stomach. It squeals and falls silent while Weiss gasps in relief.

Port: Bravo! Bra-vo! It appears we are indeed in the presence of a true Huntress-in-training! I'm afraid that's all the time we have for today. Be sure to cover the assigned readings, and... stay vigilant! Class dismissed!

With the that short tempered Ice queen waltz out of the classroom, all eyes on her until she's out of sight. I looked at Ruby who was still down after what Weiss treated her.

Klaus: Are you alright-

Ruby: Yeah I'm fine, thanks Klaus.

Her lips quivered before replying and she went out of the classroom. I sighed to myself and went out to look for my partner. I walked around the empty hallways and caught up to her.

Klaus: Weiss!

She turns around, her icy blue blazed with a cold fury and her brows furrowed casting a shadow on her face. What. She replied curtly

Klaus: What's wrong with you? Why are you being-?

Weiss: Me? What's wrong with you? Or more importantly What's wrong with her? She's supposed to be leader and shes been was a nuisance so far

Klaus: She's younger than Us! And it's her first day, It's everyone's first day Weiss. Give her sometime and I heard we all will be acting as a team from now?

Weiss: Not a team led by her. I've studied and trained. And quite frankly, I deserve better. and I deserve a better partner, It's just my rotten luck that I've been mixed with people like you.

I tried to suppress my laughter but to no avail. I was a fool for thinking she'd be different but I guess once a Schnee always a Schnee.

Weiss: What's so funny

Klaus: Care to explain what people like me mean?

Weiss: I have no reason to explain it to you as talking to you is simply a waste of my time. Goodbye.
