Blake and I finally caught up with our teammates and we found one more person with us.
She has vibrant orange hair styled into two large, curled pigtails. Her eyes are a striking shade of green, glowing slightly. She's wearing a light green dress with a high collar and puffed sleeves.
There's something off putting about her. I thought to myself. I don't know but She's giving of that she isn't human, well a part of her isn't human.
Weiss: If you're here for the tournament, does that mean you know that monkey-tailed... rapscallion?
Penny: The who...?
Weiss: (holding up a poor drawing of the criminal-in-question) The filthy Faunus from the boat!
As much I try to be neutral with the things Weiss says, she's just starting to piss me off. I took a step towards her, my eyes fixated on the white haired Schnee.
Klaus: That's enough Weiss. You don't have to go that far.
Weiss: (turning her attention from Penny to me) Huh?
Blake: (walking over to Weiss, angry) He meant to stop calling the Faunus a rapscallion! Stop calling him a degenerate! He's a person!
Weiss: Oh, I'm sorry. (releases Penny and motions to objects around her) Would you like me to stop referring to the trash can as a trash can? Or this lamppost as a lamppost?
It turned out to be a heated conversation with Weiss by Blake and I. It was so bad that Yang had to intervene and we had to return to our dorms but I was sure this wasn't the end of it.
It was already night time but the two RWBY members kept on arguing. I tried as much as I could not to interfere when Weiss was talking but I was slowly reaching my limits
Weiss: I don't understand why this is causing such a problem!
Blake: That is the problem!
Weiss: (getting up from her bed) You realize you are defending an organization that hates Humanity, don't you? The Faunus of the White Fang are pure evil!
Blake: (gets on her feet as well) There's no such thing as pure evil! Why do you think they hate Humanity so much? It's because of people like Cardin, people like you, that force the White Fang to take such drastic measures!
Weiss: People like me?
Blake: You're discriminatory!
Weiss: I'm a victim! You want to know why I despise the White Fang? Why I don't particularly trust the Faunus? It's because they've been at war with my family for years. War, as in actual bloodshed. My grandfather's company has had a target painted across its back for as long as I can remember. And ever since I was a child, I've watched family friends disappear; board members executed; an entire train car full of Dust, stolen. And every day, my father would come home, furious. And that made for a very difficult childhood.
Klaus: Boo-hoo it was must've been so hard for you to live your childhood in a mansion.
Weiss: What did you say?
Weiss leered at me with a scowl while the others all widened their eyes in surprise. I slowly got up from my sleeping bag, finally giving up. I walked towards the white haired girl, towering over her.
Klaus: Do you want me to repeat that...princess?
Weiss: Yes.
Klaus: You don't even have a clue what the faunus go through day to day at the mines do you? Most of them are starved, injured and can't even breath properly cause of the dust concentration but they are worked to death as slaves
