You were currently with the children of your classroom reading at circle time. The children were paying attention to the illustrations in the book. The aides were making sure the children were focused. It was one of those days where you just wanted to get through it. Having two days off was nice but you had to get back to teaching. As much as you love the job, you know you had to put on a face for the kids. They adore you. Even draw pictures, so you had a little section in your classroom where you hang up the drawings. Your door was decorated with little pumpkins that had the children's names. You guys already went on to a pumpkin patch which was fun and scary at the same time. A child from one of the classrooms went missing and the entire school went into full investigation mode. It was revealed hours later, that the kid was riding the small train the entire time and refused to get off.

"Okay, my friends! Let's get ready to go play!"

The children screamed 'Yay'. Which made you smile. The children stand up and grab their coats. It was chilly. You stand from the reading chair. The aides Eden and Flora help the kids put on their coats. You head over to your desk, sip on your coffee, and check your phone. Jungkook had come by early again and asked to drop off Jiho. He was working later in the day. You agreed to his request. After that, you head over to your door and tell the children to walk in a straight line quietly and to have fun. Eden and Flora take the children outside to play on the playground. You stand by the door and see the children walk out.

"Hey."

You turn and greet Tori again.

"Oh! Hey."

"You good?"

"Yeah, just thinking that Jiho will be in their shoes one day."

Tori places her hand on her shoulder.

"He's growing up so fast."

"Y/n..."

"I know it's dumb I'm gonna cry over my baby boy."

"It's not dumb. You've been raising him good. Better than I'll ever be."

"Don't say that Tori. I know you'll find someone who will give you four small people."

"Girl!"

You laugh.

"Four is crazy."

"Don't you want a big family?"

"I do. I just need to find the one."

"True and when you do, I will be expecting the baby shower invite."

Tori nudges you.

"Did you have one for Jiho?"

"No, but the ladies that I used to do pregnancy yoga and my landlady were kind enough to gift me clothes and essentials."

The memory alone was a core one. You spent the whole day crying because you had things for your growing baby. The landlady that you were staying with at the time, comforted you. She said this is a sign that there are good people in this shitty world.

"Meant a lot didn't it."

You nod. "I was about five months when that happened."

"Y/n and a baby bump, how cute."

"Trust me, I look like a beach ball."

Tori chuckled.

"I'm serious I did."

"Now you are a hot single mom."

You roll your eyes.

"I guess."
