Jungkook was walking out of HYBE. He had a meeting with the people that were part of his album. He has a release date settled. He has been receiving rewards from overseas. He is beyond grateful. What concerns him is that overseas, they want him to perform. The only thing that is holding Jungkook back is you and Jiho. It was only for a week but he'd gone crazy not having his gems close. Maybe he can persuade you to take a trip overseas. He knows you have family there. They must miss you deeply.

He takes his phone out and texts you. He wants to drop off your and Jiho's costume. Tomorrow is Halloween. He knows you love the holiday. Especially since it's around your birthday. You were always drawn to spooky things. Too much gore is where you tap out. He remembers one day getting home and you jumped out intensely. He almost fainted.

Jungkook arrives at his car and pulls out his phone. No reply. His eyebrows crease. Why aren't you responding? He sends another message. Then another one and another one. Did something happen? He didn't want to think anything of it. Maybe you are busy. Busy with who? His blood boiled thinking. A certain male that was courting you yesterday. He turns on his car and drives off to your apartment. Hoping you are home and not the worst.

He speeds into your apartment complex and parks his Mercedes. He sees the car you drive parked. But that does not settle him. He unbuckles and dashes to your place. He knocks like a madman.

"Open up..." he murmurs

He leans onto the door and hears noises. He knocks again.

"Y/n!"

A scream was heard from inside and Jungkook panicked.

"Y/n! Y/n!"

He keeps knocking on the door, nearly leaving a dent.

"Watch it you almost broke my door!" you yell as soon as you open the door.

He brings you into a hug and squeezes you tightly. Your eyebrows creased in confusion.

"I thought something happened. You're okay?" eyes filled with concern

"Dude, I am. I was busy watching a cartoon with Jiho. See?"

Jungkook was now in the living room, looking at Jiho watching TV.

"Oh." his face gets red

"You need to control your protectiveness and emotions. Like for real." you say

"I apologize." he says

"It's alright. Why did you come by anyway?"

"You weren't answering me so I came to stop by."

I thought you went on the date with that bastard. Aka Mila's father.

"So nearly pounding my door was the way to get my attention?"

"Pretty much, yeah."

You lightly scoff.

"I brought the costumes for tomorrow."

"I thought you didn't get them since you were taking a bit long."

"I got them a few days ago. They are in my car, let me go get them."

He runs out of your apartment. Jiho was still busy looking at the cartoons. You smile softly.

"Here you go."

Jungkook brought in a black tote bag.

"What is it?"

"You'll see."
