Barnaby sat down in the desk next to Frank placing his bag down next to him.
"I'm guessing you are new here correct?" Frank asked looking up from their book.
"o-Oh yeah!" Barnaby said turning to face Frank. "I moved here over the summer."
"Mh, well if you have anything you need help with don't come to me." Frank said closing his book and putting back in his backpack.
"What do you mean..?" Barnaby asked.
"What I mean is that I don't have time to help others out. Being the student president is a busy job." Frank said.
"Student president?" Barnaby asked.
Frank sighed. "The student council is a high group where only the best with a perfect record can join." Frank then folded his leg over the other.
"Hey Frank." A female student said. Barnaby looked up seeing another student she was a colorful hen where her main color was red. She had a bag on her waist that a trans pin on it.
"Ah, Poppy your here early." Frank said looking up at Poppy.
"Yeah I was able to get my work done in my last class early so got her early." Poppy said she turn seeing Barnaby. "Oh, hello I'm Poppy are you Frank's friend?" She asked.
Before Barnaby could say anything Frank butt in.
"No he's not." Frank said. Barnaby decided not to fight back and jus look down at his desk. Poppy sighed.
"Sorry about them. He is always like that with new people." Poppy said. Frank rolled his eyes before sighing.
"I'm not always like that I stay focused on my work." Frank said Poppy softly smiled as she shake her head.
Barnaby looked up at Poppy from his desk. "You name is Poppy right?" He asked.
Poppy nodded. "Yeah it is. Are you new by any chance?" She asked sitting down in her desk in front of them.
"Yeah I'm am...it's my first day here." Barnaby said. Frank looked at Barnaby.
"If it's your first day here then how in the world did you great into this class?" Frank asked waiting for answer while also tapping their foot.
"I-I was also good in biology." Barnaby said. Frank signed sounding annoyed.
"Don't listen to them. If you need any help you can ask me." Poppy said Barnaby smiled and nodded.
After biology class was over the bell rings for lunch Barnaby thought though about sitting with Eddie but he was already sitting with his football team. Then he thought about Julie but she was already sitting with some friends and Wally was no where to be found. Barnaby found himself at a table eating alone.
Barnaby heard footsteps coming to the table he was eating a tall student with four arms, his fur was fuzzy and green and he looked like a caterpillar he sat down look annoyed and began eating his lunch.
