Chapter 11: Interference

We both looked at the boy. Abduxuel continued fiddling with his hat,"You know that I'm good right?" He said with a smirk. I looked at him from the corner of my eye,"What type of good..?" I asked wanting to know what type of definition he meant to it. "A good guy, I'm also young." He said answering my question but adding the last part to it. Why would he want to tell me that? "I'm not interested, your immortal and part Demonic...while I'm mortal and human." I said folding my arms. "I'm also part human too.." Before he could finish, we were both pushed back and fell ontop of each other. I ended up being on top of him while he was on the bottom. I stayed in the same position but looked back to see what did that. "Bloody Hell." Abduxuel mumbled standing up and making me stand on my two feet. I stumbled a but but caught my balance,"What the hell was that?" I questioned him looking around. But even though we were the only two outside, including Joey, there was some presence around us. I could tell Abduxuel felt it too since he was looking around and kind of..sniffing the air? I watched as he did so and stood quietly but impatiently. I turned to Joey to make sure he was ok. My eyes grew wide at the sight. There he was stepping out of the pool, I ran to him and hugged his wet body while burying my face in his neck. He slowly returned the hug since he might've been confused somewhat. I felt tears run freely down my cheeks as I hugged him even more tighter not wanting to let go,"I-I thought you weren't never g-going to be taken..outta that pool." I felt Joey sigh and he let go and put his hands on my shoulders. He shook me gently and said,"Why would you think that? I just stayed in that pool since I was caught thinking." I raised a thin eyebrow,"what'd you mean you were thinking..?" He blinked before shaking his head,"never mind, we need to get inside." My heart stopped for a moment as he told me sternly to get inside. He was the first to leave and I trudged towards him. I was feeling dizzy but decided to look around once again. I didn't see Abduxuel, he must have disappeared when Joey got out. Have I been talking to myself? Am I seeing things I'm not supposed to? I must be terribly sick. I have lost much blood before...so might be why. I have gone pale too. I then felt a chilling sensation, I quickly turned around to find a little girl at the edge of the pool. My eyes widened once again and noticed that it was the little girl Joey must have seen. She was actually looking very cleaner this time. Anyways, she still had the same clothes, all black. She was smiling and waved at me for a moment, I decided to wave back not to be rude. I also don't want to make her mad since she is capable of other hinges I might not know about. She smiled and was about to walk towards me until she slipped. She slipped and fell onto the hard concrete making a *crack!* sound. I put my hands over my mouth as her head started bleeding and there came her loud sobs. I ran to her aid, but right when I was about to get to her, she fell into the pool. She sunk and the blood spread throughout the water. She fell in the exact same spot she appeared when she scared Joey. I ran to the pool and jumped in not thinking twice of what I was doing. I swam down the water looking for the girl. My eyes hurt from keeping them open since he water wasn't clean because of the blood. I didn't care that much and caught sight of black hair. I then swam a bit more deeper and was able to reach the little girl. I grabbed her and swam up. Her body was kind of heavy but managed to bring her up. I catches my breathe and threw her gently out of the pool. I then pulled myself out of the pull and crouched down next to the girl. I saw the slight crack she had on her forehead where the blood was seeping out. I looked around and found a first aid kit by a shed. I shakily stood up and was about to go get it until something grabbed my ankle. I turned around to see the little girl looking up at me helplessly,"I-I'm going to g-get you the-" she stopped me when she started crying,"D-don't...I no need a-id." I looked down at her in confusion,"let me die." She simply answered. The little girl was quiet young to be exact, she must have been four years of age. Aren't little kids usually afraid of..death? "B-but-" she shook her head gently,"Just let me die, I don't like this place anyway.." I felt tears run down my cheeks,"w-wait you have lived here?" She smiled half-heartedly and shook her head,"No but they actually brought me here for a week, my two sisters and I were the ones...we all died here because of the OUIJA board." My heart reached a high rate and felt like I was going to get a heart attack,"Wha- what do you m-mean you died because of the OUIJA board?" She sighed,"my sister, Monica, asked when and how we going to die...the demon answered that we are going to die in the, or by the mansion, and it said for Monica she was going to die by suicide by hanging herself in the basement, June 21st 1967..my other sister Jeremiah, was said to die by falling off the stairs by stepping on glass and slipping with it, July 4th 1967...I died..well now you know how I died, but originally I was saying hi to Latrice, which was July 16th 1967." I interrupted by questioning her,"But you said you were only going to stay for a week," she looked away,"We ended up staying longer since Jeremiah didn't know the way back home and she doesn't know how to drive, Monica was the oldest and she knew directions and knew how to drive a car, and had a phone... We couldn't find her phone after suicide and before at the mansion, they didn't seem to have gotten phones yet." I nodded and felt sorry for the little girl,"I-I'm sorry.." She giggled,"you don't have to be, I know Latrice and that demon Abduxuel will take care of you...Just don't trust Him.." She said slowly closing her eyes. I felt my eyes go wide,"who is Him?" She whispered lastly,"J-James..." Her eyes were fully closed now and she stopped breathing. What the hell is going on?
