"BAMMM!"
The door slammed open, Pomni flinched from the sudden loud noise, she looked at the door and noticed Jax was walking in. He was probably directed by Ragatha to find Pomni, she didn't really want to be found though. So she signaled the gangle to not tell Jax she was there, Jax nodded her head slowly as Pomni ran off to hide in the room where Jax wouldn't look. Pomni was quiet, holding her breath as she slowly heard her heart beat slowly

3...
Pomni decided to count her heartbeat to distract her because she was hiding. She kept her hand over her mouth, her other hand pulling at her hair.
"Pomni?"
Pomni heard Jax call out her name, she stayed still holding her breath. Pomni decided to peek out from where she was hiding to see Jax talk to gangle.
"hey crybaby have you seen the clown?"
Pomni felt a little annoyed, she was a jester not a clown. She didn't even know how Jax could be so far off but besides that she kept peeking out as she heard Gangle tell Jax that Pomni wasn't in here and she decided to just swing for a bit
"smack"
"m....m-my comedy mask..."
Jax probably got Gangle to fall off the swing and smack her mask, Pomni really hated how Jax kept getting Gangle's mask broken. She decided to not interfere because she was trying to hide so she stayed still and stopped peeking and she decided to kneel down. having time to talk to her self which wasn't a good idea that often. She continued to hold her breathe questing if what she didn't do was right... should she have intervened? she should. she needs to.
"JAX!"
"huh?"
"stop hurting gangle!"
"p-Pomni?" Gangle said scared getting up from the floor
Pomni took Gangle's ribbon hand and helped her up from the floor. She took Gangle into a hug, comforting her.
"why do you keep being mean to gangle anyway Jax?"
uhh- why do you care? I just like seeing funny things happen to people!" he said is a snarky way
"really Jax? can you stop being mean? just for a little bit?"
"ehh! I'll think about it, see'ya!"
Pomni comforts Gangle as Jax goes back to tell Ragatha before Pomni could stop him, she falls down onto the floor, hers tears forming at hers eyes, Pomni could feel the wet feeling slowly drip down her face as she cried in Gangles arms.
"why gangle?"
"I don't know, if you would like then... you could..."
"What?" Pomni asked gangle through her tears
"You could stay in my room if you need while I fix my mask or get a new one"
"r-really? I would love to, thank you so much!"
"I-its really no problem" Gangle said to comfort her friend, she didn't want to sound to amazing.
"should we get going before Ragatha and Jax come back?"
"yea, lets go"
Pomni and Gangle grabbed each other's hands and sneaked out of the room, careful not to make any sudden noise. they both slowly sneaked to Gangle's room and closed the door silently. Gangle invited Pomni to sit down on the couch as she fixed her comedy mask.
