Viserra - from vestriarzir, story
Born in 116 AC to Rhaenyra Targaryen and "Laenor Velaryon", Viserra was the secondborn after her older twin Jacaerys. Early on, her conspicuous hair colour caused the people at court to whisper about her, as well as her siblings, who had the same hair colour, and her mother.
Her kindness and wish to help others gave her the nickname The Serene Princess. People always pointed out her forgiveness and understanding towards any individual she would cross. But, of course, some would use her naivety for their own gain.
Viserra suffered the same fate as Aemond, being left with no dragon. This caused both to create a certain bond since they were the outsiders, only with one significant difference. While the princes made fun of Aemond, Viserra's brothers never bullied her. Aegon, on the other hand, had his own way of bullying Viserra by speaking nonsense and making her all flustered because she was young and didn't understand his words.

After hearing of the deaths of both Ser Harwin Strong and Lady Laena Velaryon, Viserra was shocked. Ser Harwin had always looked upon Rhaenyra's children like a protector, whereas Lady Laena had always written kind letters to her and spoken of how she wanted Viserra to meet her daughters Baela and Rhaena.
During the Driftmark incident, Viserra initially defended Aemond, proclaiming that a 4 versus 1 fight wasn't fair, but upon being referred to as a bastard, the friendship formed between the two royals started fading. Additionally, Aemond now had a dragon and Viserra was left without one. The boy himself said that evening "We do not have enough things in common to be friends, we do not even share the same hair colour."
