Steve and Wayne stopped at Party City and went to buy a balloon animal machine. Steve found one and added it to the cart.
"Now we gotta buy clown costumes." Wayne went to the costume department and found three clown costumes, one with a bright blue suit and red hair, one with a bright green sun and red hair, and one with a bright yellow suit and red hair.
"I will choose the yellow one for Jeff, the bright blue one for me, and the green one for you, Steve." They went to the checkout and paid for their stuff, loaded it in the trunk, and called Sophie.
"We're on!" Wayne told Sophie.
"Good, meet us back at the hideout." Wayne and Steve drove to the hideout, as the plans for the heist were beginning. Everyone was in their clown costumes, while Sophie went over the plan.
"Here's how we are going to work things out." Sophie explained. "Steve will distract the kids by making balloon animals, while Jeff and Wayne go to the safe and type in the code, then steal every last cent they have, I want them to go penniless!"
"Isn't that a little excessive?" Jeff asked.
"Not exactly. They have casinos, but it would cost money to maintain those casinos. Once their main source of money is depleted, they cannot afford to maintain the casinos, and their whole enterprise will go bankrupt."
"Cut off the head, kill the snake!" Wayne mentioned. "It's starting to make sense!"
"Ok, so what are we waiting for, let's get this circus going!" Jeff told his crew. The three heroes went out to the house on Waddell Street, and opened the door.
"Are those the birthday clowns?" The ringleader of the Swedish Mob, Anne Blix. Blix was a white woman with blonde hair in a bun, glasses, and a blue flowing ball gown and white high heels.
"It's my little son's eighth birthday, so come in and put on a show!" Steve went to put on a show for the kids, while Jeff and Wayne went to the safe.
"Hey kids, do you want to have fun?" Steve shouted. The kids cheered.
"I can't hear you!" Steve shouted again. The kids cheered again.
"Ok, here come the jokes!" Steve pulled some jokes out of his memory.
"Why was six afraid of seven, anyone knows?" A kid with his phone looked it up.
"Because seven ate nine." A kid blurted out, looking up the answer on his phone.
"You stole the punch line, and since you stole the punch line, there's no joke!"
Meanwhile, Jeff and Wayne were at the safe and approached the keypad. Jeff typed in 661523, and opened up the safe. He began loading the money in the bag, loading stacks of hundreds in the Party City bag piece by piece.
Back at the party, Steve was not impressed.
"Ok, who just ruined my joke?" The kid who googled the joke raised his hand, it was a black Swedish kid with blonde hair.
"Ok, you don't get cake. "Anyone else want to join the No Cake Club?" There was silence.
"Good, then don't spoil my act." Steve went to use his balloon animal machine.
"Now to make some balloon animals!" He used the machine to blow up a white balloon.
"Behold, an albino snake!" He gave the snake to a girl with long brown hair. He blew up an orange balloon, and made a tiger.
"Behold, a tiger, the ninja of the jungle!" He gave the tiger to a boy with short brown hair and glasses. He blew up a red balloon, and tied it like a sword.
"Argh, it's a pirate sword!" Steve said, handing it to a black girl with dreaded pigtails.
"And the next animal is...." Steve got a text from Jeff.
"Sorry, show's over, no more animals can be made, bye!" Steve left without the balloon animal maker, rushing to the garage and jacking a dark blue Audi parked in the garage.
"Step on it, Jeff!" Jeff put the pedal to the medal, driving at top speeds, out of Waddell Street onto Irwin Street.
"Shit, they called the cops on us!" Steve alerted.
"We will have to cut them off!" Jeff mentioned, taking a turn on Peachtree and right on North Avenue. He took a dramatic left onto Piedmont Avenue, while the cops were on their tail.
"Take this!" Steve taunted, shooting at the tires of the cop cars, giving them flat tires. The cop cars crashed and ran into a building under construction, piling up on top of each other.
"We lost them!" Jeff told the others.
"Not quite!" Jeff told his crewmates. There are more on the way!" Five cop cars chased them on North Avenue. They took a left onto 14th Street, but the cops still chased them. They squeezed through Colony Square Shopping Mall's outdoor area, knocking over umbrella tables while pedestrians fled. They cut through Jones Day and proceeded on Peachtree Circle.
"Try losing them in the trees!" Wayne suggested. Jeff drove through Winn Park, rushing across the green fields to go through the trees. Some of the cops crashed in the trees, shaving off some of the heat. Jeff headed onto Lafayette Drive with two cop cars chasing them, and a third car following.
Jeff proceeded onto 15th Street and onto Piedmont Avenue Northeast then went through Piedmont Park Avenue They went off road to Oak Hill to lose the cops in the trees. They zigzagged through the trees, while the cops crashed into the trees. Jeff parked the car at a shady spot and cut the engine. There was a brief silence.
"I think we lost them for real this time." Steve told the crew.
"Now let's go to my house so we can celebrate!" Jeff went to his house, parked the car in his driveway. Jeff, Steve and Wayne went to the fridge, popped open some Crown Royal Whiskey and called it a day.
Meanwhile in Portland, Diane was looking at her phone pictures of her family as a sad piano rendition of "All of Me" by John Legend played.
"I miss my family in Atlanta." Diane said to herself. "My father died when I was so small and my mother...disowned me and sent me to the ghetto in Atlanta for protection." Diane cried. "My mother was a crack smoking rich white lady."
"I have no choice, I can't cry forever, I am moving back to Atlanta!" Diane got in a black car the Korean Mob left behind after they went out of business and drove to the Portland Airport to fly to Atlanta.
Meanwhile, there was yellow police tape around the house in Little Five Points. The police were investigating the crime scene. Out of the big squad car came the police detective, Roman O'Malley. He had long black hair and a beard. He was investigating the crime scene with his deputy, Carrie Briarwood, who was a dark skinned woman with an afro and was wearing an Africa pendant necklace along with her badge.
"Who could have done this?" Carrie asked, looking in the safe and seeing the money gone.
"Whoever it is, they should feel the hammer of the law, because I will give it to them." Roman knew what he had to do, after collecting a hair from Wayne's clown wig as evidence. "SCOUT Unit, roll out!" The SCOUT officers, his unit, left the crime scene to further the investigation.
