Chapter Two

Unlikely Difficulties.
Satsujin was the first to admit that he wasn't exactly the greatest person. In fact, if the police or the Pro Hero's became aware of everything that Satsujin had done, he would land himself quite a few years in prison. Maybe a high security facility.
Continuing that frame of mind, when Satsujin had decided to sign up for the U.A. Academy entrance exam, he hadn't actually expected them to accept.
The flyer had said that the school accepted anyone and everyone, regardless of power, gender, background, etc, etc. That anyone could take and pass the written test but Satsujin hadn't actually believed it. If it was a school for heroes, shouldn't they have some kind of background scan? Any kind of security?
Apparently not.
"Huh." Satsujin huffed amused, inserting a cocaine needle directly into his forearm as the laptop screen blared the time and place for him to take the written exam. It was actually way earlier than he thought it would be, the written test being only three days away and the practical test being only a week after.
Huh. Satsujin thought there was a deadline for these things.
Maybe he was too hasty.
Satsujin liked to pride himself on his scrappiness, he had kept up his education despite never actually going to school, he had been living by himself for around two years with little to no problem, hell, he had just forged his entire application. But passing this written test. Forget it. It'd never happen.
Satsujin didn't know shit about heroes.
The only time he ever paid attention to celebrities and such was when they were being absolutely fucking destroyed on the television. He didn't even own a television. Satsujin couldn't name a single hero even if you put a gun to his head and fucked his eye socket.
That was an interesting thought.
Anyway.
What kind of questions would even be on a hero entrance exam? What was the practical about? The application had mentioned wearing easy-to-maneuver clothing and sturdy shoes, which all of his clothing was like that anyway, were they going to fight? Maybe they would force applicants to fight each other in a all-for-yourself mob and the ones that came out on top would be accepted. That would be cool.
Satsujin blinked out of his thoughts and realized he had left the heroin needle in his arm for way too long and was already bruising. The long-haired pulled it out and carelessly tossed it away. He'd pick it up later. (He wouldn't.)
Should he study? What does he even study?
Satsujin clicked off the acceptance e-mail, moving over to You-Tube. There had to videos about U.A. Entrances, right? If not there were certainly guides to heroics and crap like that he could watch.
"Jeez, seriously!" Satsujin groaned miserably, leaning back as his search yielded absolutely nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. No hey, here's the answers to the U.A. Written Test! Enjoy your easy access! Noo.
Satsujin tapped the keyboard irritated as his leg jumped where the laptop was propped on his knee. Ugh, the heroin was starting to kick in. Maybe it would give him some ideas.
