Chapter 2 - past mingled with future

I still can't believe what the police man said. Ray? Why him?! This is unthinkable, the more I think about who could do this to him the more I get crazy. Ray isn't friend with everyone in town... He's the biggest CEO in Starling.
I'm coming to see Ray in his bed and he seems so peaceful, like he ain't got no problem but the fact that he's not even awake to tell us what happened. If he was awake I'm sure he would've told us what happened. I feel him before I see him in the room, Oliver is behind me caressing my back as if to sooth me. I love when he's soothing me, it's relaxing and when he does it I'm calming down in a second.
But my happiness is only short lived when Oliver's phone interrupt him while he's soothing me.
"Yes?" He asks annoyed. Maybe it's someone he does like? Oliver doesn't like a lot of people but maybe it's someone he can't handle even on the phone? I don't know. But my curiosity is pricked when his face transform suddenly like he saw a zombie. I questioning look but he acts like he didn't see me : there's a bigger problem than Ray and it's at the other end of the phone. Oliver speaks again:
"Yes, I'll be on it tomorrow! I'll check by myself, you all can't beat him but I do. I know him." He says with a desperate voice. Him!? What does that mean? Why him and not it? I don't get it and I don't want to. But I can't help but wonder what happens here:
"What happened Oliver?" I say nervous. I think he feels how much I'm nervous because he takes me on his knees as he does when he got a problem or after arguing.
"There's nothing I can't handle don't worry babe." He says calmly, to calmly for me.
"I know you Oliver, I know there's a problem so please tell me, and maybe I could help you and we can get through this problem together!" I say full of hope, usually Oliver isn't a big speaker like I am but he's keeping to many things for him and that isn't cool for me. I look at him with insistence and believe he's going to talk to me, what he does... -yes!-
"They got a problem in Lian-Yu. When they checked one of the prisoners was missing. I need to go there and check by myself to be sure everything's okay." What the-? Another problem? First Ray and now a psycho is out? I'm going to lock th when use and lock myself in it with Oliver so we can have no problems but even this wouldn't work because we don't have enough food to live a life...

"Why did you have to bring us all here, Oliver? I hate this island. You could've been here without me, I'm useless here!" I say while looking around remembering the last time I've been here with Oliver and Diggle....

"Listen Felicity, Oliver's here somewhere. We need to bring him back to Starling before the city gets crazy." Diggle is so damn careful! Maybe there are bombs here?!
"I know but maybe he's just not here I mean not in this part of the island? You know th-" I stop neat. We both hear a crack and I feel it too. Behind me I hear a familiar voice, Oliver's voice. Oliver's here!
"Don't move felicity! You're on a bomb,,if you move you're going to explode." when I turn around I see him on a tree ready to jump on me.
"It's nice to see you too Oliver!" Diggle looks offended. It's weird but now I don't care, I'm on a bomb.
" Hi Diggle, it's nice to see you too buddy." Oliver seems happy instead of Diggle. Before I even notice it, Oliver jumped on me and we both avoided the biggest NG and were also both on the ground and Oliver is on me. He's so sexy now, damn!

"Don't worry we'll leave this shit and go back home when I'll be over okay?" Oliver kisses me in the forehead and walks on the cells direction while I'm adding:
"I'm not sure we'll go back home but whatever, we're here so let's go!" I'm not in the mood today. I don't know why, maybe because I'm on this cursed island? Because Ray is at hospital alone? I don't know.
When we're down in the cells we see Slade. And of course the one missing was killed by him. Let me guess: Slade killed him so we can go back here and he can talk to us. This man has no limits in revenge damn god!
"Hi ladies and gentleman, hope you enjoyed your trip! Is Ray doing okay?" Slade talk to us like he wants to kill us. Dammit! How does he knows about Ray? He got in hospital yesterday!
"What do you know about Ray, Slade?" Oliver asks with remorse.
"I know who killed your little friend, Oliver. But if you want to know who did this, you have to tell everyone except your girlfriend to leave this place right now or you'll never have any lead about his killer." Slade seems happy of his little private joke and everyone do as he said and get out of the room except me. And slides starts talking again before Oliver asks his questions:
"Your killer Mr Queen, is one of your old knowledge. You may not remember his but he does remember what you did to him." Omg I can't even imagine what Oliver had to do to this man if he takes his revenge many years after he got hurt.
"The only lead I can give you is : remember all the person you've detonated while you were supposed to be dead." Slade has a shabby look. And an ugly scar in the middle of his face that I can't stop looking at.
"Hey little blonde, would you mind stop looking at this beautiful scar your boyfriend Oliver made me? it would be nice of you!"
"Sorry I didn't -" I sat art but then Oliver speaks on me.
"It's okay we don't care if he doesn't like to be seen we're off this island!"
"Thank god it's the best thing that could happen today, we're leaving this hell." I say happier than I thought.
"Hell isn't even appropriated sweetie." Slade adds before we left the cells.
It's okay everyone's there we can leave this fucked island now! We're going back home and everything's going in to be okay, if I don't sleep alone...
