"Uhh morning already" I spoke to myself as I stretched my arms and legs as far as I possibly could. I still remember the day when Jackson dumped Cleo. That was 2 weeks ago. School was ok and Jackson; and I were getting close.
I got out of bed, slipped on a t-shirt and shorts. I raced down stairs relieved to know that breakfast was always ready for me. " Sweetie hurry up! You slept in!" She said as I ran down the stairs. " Ok mom!" I ate my breakfast as fast as I could and raced out the door "Bye mom! Love you!"I shouted.
30 mins later I was back in school. "Hey Em."
" Why so down?"
"I'm not." I started searching for Jackson.
"Hey I know u and Jackson still haven't made a move on eachother, but maybe you should-" Jackson walked right up to me and Em just didn't get to finish what she was saying.
I just couldn't stop staring into his deep blue eyes. I wanted to hug him and never let go.
"Hey Vic." What was he waiting for? " Vic?" He waited for me to answer. I was off daydreaming in another world.
"Yeah. Sorry just tired." I blushed. He knew that I wanted him. All of a sudden I feel something splash all over me! I step back and see Cleo right there with a plastic cup.
"You little..." I swear my heart was beating so fast that it was trying to escape my cage of lungs.
"Whoops! Sorry, I can be pretty clumsy sometimes! "she started laughing with the rest of the crowd watching me. I couldn't take it. I ran straight outside of school.
"Nice one Cleo!"Em said angrily.Emma ran after me.
" Wait Em. Let me handle this one." Jackson pleaded.
"Go ahead."
I couldn't bear it anymore. The fact that practically the whole school saw what happened and didn't even bother to help me. I felt a tear coming down my face. I hated Cleo so much.
"Hey are u ok?" Jackson looked worried.
"Yeah, i'm fine. "
"No you're not. I'm sorry about what happened, but I want u to know that i'm here for you.
"Whatever... just be honest with me and tell me that you haven't been feeling feelings at all for Cleo."
" I don't. Cleo is a bitch, but she's got a good side to her."
" look I get it if you think she has a good side, but didn't u see what she did to me!?"
" Yes I did. Just-" He cut off what he was about to say." Do u want to go out sometime? " I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Out of no where he actually asks me out. Wow.
I didn't object." Yes I do." I've been waiting for that question a long time.
