Clean your home.

Survivors in extreme places are accustomed to setting up and carefully cleaning their camps to avoid attracting wild fauna. And there is nothing wilder than the undead. To avoid both, steer clear of paths frequented by undesirable creatures and keep anything that smells like food—you, in the case of zombies—away from the noses of these creatures. Follow these rules, and you might have a decent night, provided nightmares of your new reality don't assail you.

But luckily for everyone, they are in a house.

"What do you want me to help with?"

"The house is quite large, and everyone is doing their best to make it secure until there's a way out of here."

"What do you mean, a way out of here?"

"Don't you know?"

"What am I supposed to know?" she asks, confused.

"All borders have been closed."

"I still don't understand..."

"In short, other countries are free from zombies."

"How is that possible?"

"I have no idea, but it seems there are places where the infection didn't spread. Our goal is to find one of those places and get there before it's too late."

When the virus, triggered by the vaccine, began to spread, many countries were reluctant to accept it. Some doubted its effectiveness, while others simply lacked the budget to acquire it in sufficient quantities for their entire population.

The Korean government issued a worldwide alert to prevent new waves of contagion. Although the "S4-C8" virus reached the entire world, they managed to control it.In Oceania and Central America, strict measures were implemented to separate the infected from the healthy. In South

America, the situation took a different turn, but fortunately, they managed to contain the spread.

Various companies globally worked to find a cure, but they made a grave mistake. The vaccine, initially tested on animals to assess potential side effects, unleashed chaos when administered to humans.

"How did you join the group?" she asks while sweeping, raising dust everywhere.

"It actually started when I ran into Maxine, and then I found Amelia, who was being taken care of by Liam," he replies, flashing a smile.

Stephanie Brown-Harris, a young woman in her early twenties or around twenty-three, led a common life. At that moment, she was in her workday as a nurse at "Vital Care" hospital, where she shared space with her husband, an anesthesiologist.

During a day that was unfolding relatively calmly, the routine was interrupted by a comedic exchange between the couple.

"I've dropped the kids off at daycare," Stephanie informs.

"Alright, dear," he gives her a kiss, "See you later; I have to go to the operating room," he heads down the hallway.

"Don't drug the patient!" the dark-haired woman shouts.

"I can't! I'm an anesthesiologist, that's my job!" her husband replies, raising his voice. Stephanie loses sight of her partner.

Behind her, a voice jokes about young love, startling her.
