"Mommy, where's Macy?" Eliza asked as I tucked her in that night. I sighed and sat down on her bed, handing her her teddy bear.

"Macy had to go bye bye today." I said, helping Eliza tuck the bear under her blanket with her.

"When will she be back? We were going to ride horses tomorrow." A tear escaped my cheek as I created Eliza's.

"Baby she is not coming back. She had to go be with Daddy's mommy in heaven." Eliza just stared.

"Why? Macy is my best friend. She wouldn't just leave me like this." Eliza cried. I leaned forwards and kissed her cheek.

"Macy died to protect you. Now get some sleep baby girl. I love you." Eliza whipped tears from her face as I turned the light off.

"I love you too mommy." She whispered as I closed the door.

"I'm going to kill them all." I heard Dimitri say from behind me. I wheeled around to see him with a tear stained face and a butcher knife in his hand.

"Dimitri. Put the knife down." I said, holding my hands out in front of me.

"I'm going to start with Jackson Dagger. He said his dad was going to attack us." Dimitri said.

"Who's Jackson Dimitri?" I asked.

"Luke Dagger's eldest son. He's my age mom." I was shocked as Dimitri stormed past me then reality struck me.

"Dimitri stop." I yelled as I ran after my son. He stormed down the stairs as I raced after him. "Cole come on." I shouted.

"What is it?" He asked as we ran down the stairs. Dimitri stood, putting on his helmet then slipping the knife into his back pack.

"Dimitri stop." I yelled.

"Dimitri don't you start that engine." Cole called as he ran, grabbing the key and yanking it out of Dimitri's hands

"Give it back." Dimitri yelled, pulling out the knife and attempting to stab his father. Cole gripped his wrist and spun him around, putting Dimitri into a choke hold.

"Let me go." Dimitri yelled as Jason raced outside with Eliza chasing after him. Dimitri elbowed and punched, doing everything in his power to get away from Cole but failing.

"Mommy what's wrong with Dimitri?" Eliza asked.

"Nothing sweetie. Jason, take her back to the porch please."

"Come on Eliza." Jason said, ushering her away from the scene.

"Dimitri, honey calm down." I said as he continued fighting his father.

"Don't tell me to calm down. Don't tell me what to do. I promised Macy and Eliza I would always protect them and let nothing happen to them. I failed Macy so I will avenge her. I will kill every Dagger I ever see. I'll rip them apart limb from limb." He screamed.

"Calm down son." Cole said as he held Dimitri.

"No. I will kill them. I will kill them all. They will all pay for this. I'll make them pay. I'll kill them. I'll kill them." He screamed. Cole's eyes met mine with an apologetic look.

"Either calm down or I will have you locked in a ceil down in pack prison. Your choice." Cole growled, relaxing his grip for a split second which have Dimitri more then enough time to elbow Cole in the jaw and pick the knife back up, running into the woods.

"Dimitri." Eliza shouted.

"Eliza, come back here." Jason yelled as the raced past after their brother.

"Go get him before he hurts Eliza or Jason." I yelled at Cole. Nancy raced from the house and came running with us as we tracked the three. We found them quickly, Jason holding Eliza who was bleeding from a gash on her arm.

"Dimitri what did you do?" Cole yelled as I ran to Eliza who was crying.

"Dimitri cut her dad. He's lost it." Jason said.

"I didn't mean to. I just wanted them to leave me alone." Dimitri said, dropping the knife as three scouts ran to us.

"Take my son and lock him in pack prison. Put an ankle collapse on him so he is anchored to the wall and can't escape. I need to get Eliza to the pack doctor an get her fixed up."

"Daddy no. Please. I didn't mean to. Eliza I'm sorry." Dimitri pleaded.

"Cuff him." I said as Cole picked up Eliza who was still crying.

"Mommy. Please." Dimitri shouted as they cuffed them and we walked away. Nancy ran ahead to call the pack doctor as we walked.

"What's wrong with Dimitri mommy? Why would he hurt Eliza?" Jason asked as we neared the house.

"I don't know baby." I said as we heard the distant sound of shifters racing to the house. We walked up the steps and into the living room. Cole held Eliza in the rocking chair, a towel wrapped around her arm as I sat on the couch with my arms wrapped around Jason.

"I'm here. Where's Eliza?" The pack doctor said.

"Right here." Cole said. The doctor was a short and plump man with now white hair and gentle green eyes. He knelled by Eliza and took the towel away, cleaning the wound.

"She needs about five stitches and I'll wrap her arm up after. It's a pretty deep cut." He said, getting something to numb her arm with out of his bag. He poked her skin with the needle then sat back and waited for the medication to take effect.

"Daddy, I can't feel my arm." Eliza cried as the doctor smiled and started to stitch her up. Eliza just buried her face into Cole's chest and kept crying. The doctor finished quickly then left. Cole carried Eliza upstairs and tucked her in as I got Jason.

"What are we going to do?" I asked as I walked out of Jason's room that was across from Eliza's.

"He'll calm down eventually Jess. It's not easy for him to lose someone he was so close to. Just give him some time. All three of them need a little time to come to terms with Macy's death I mean come on. She just died today and they are only kids."

"I know. I just hope Jasmine will be okay. Now she has lost two kids. This isn't fair to her." I said.

"I know honey. I know."

Ran poured down onto us. Macy's funeral was last week. Eliza and Jason have gotten better but Dimitri was still in pack prison. I walked down the steps to the prisons underground unit were my son was being kept.

"Dimitri?" I asked, standing in front of the bar door. Dimitri sat facing the back wall, still in his blood stained clothes.

"Go away." he said as I opened the door and sat on the edge of the bed.

"I brought you some clothes." I said but he didn't offer to move. I looked at the shackle on his ankle and felt my heart tighten.

"How's Eliza?" Dimitri asked, still not looking at me.

"She's doing good. She forgives you and misses you Dimitri. You know are only keeping you here until you get over Macy's death." Dimitri turned and looked over at me, his grey eyes looking like glass.

"I will never stop hating them mom." Dimitri said.

"I know."

"Can we go home now? I wanna go home and see Eliza and Jason and apologize to them and dad." I nodded, walking forwards and unlocking his shackle. Dimitri grabbed my hand as we walked out of the prison an into the sunlight.
