Naruto would arrive at the ruins of Whirlpool Village and would walk around for awhile until he came across a tall building with a red roof to it, which he identified as the Uzukage Tower, and entered it.
Naruto: So, this is the tower of the Kage for this village? Interesting.
???: Genetic Memory Unlocked. Transferring Now.
Naruto would hold his head as he feels memories of his ancestors rush through his head.
Naruto: Whoa! I don't know how I did that, but, it helped out a lot.
Naruto would enter the room of the Uzukage and move a giant rug to the side, revealing a secret trapdoor that was sealed off by a blood seal.
Naruto: Hmm, this is a blood seal, if I'm not mistaken....
Naruto would bite his finger and swipe his blood onto the door, causing it to glow dimly and unlock itself, allowing Naruto to open it up and walk down a few stairs to find a giant armory of tools & scrolls.
Naruto: Whoa! This place is awesome!! *Places fingers in a cross motion* Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu!!
**POOF**
Hundreds of clones would poof into existence and Naruto would have them go through the scrolls and train with a few weapons while he tried to find the voice that spoke earlier. Then, Naruto would, unconsciously, enter his mindscape and walk around for a bit until he finds two tunnels. One had red pipes going down the dark tunnel, while the other had blue bricks with a white floor(like a hospital floor) going down the bright tunnel; Naruto would go down the bright tunnel and would walk for awhile until he came across a podium with a small tablet that was connected to a giant TV Screen that was embedded on the wall in front of him.
Naruto: What is that?
The TV Screen would light up and the word B.L.A.S.T would pop up.
???: Hello, I am the Bloodline Limit Activation Singularity Transcendence System, or B.L.A.S.T for short. How can I help you, Uzumaki Naruto?
Naruto would be surprised at the robotic voice and the odd introduction, but would go on to ask the system a few questions.
Naruto: What are you exactly and were you the one that spoke to me earlier and pumped those memories into me?
BLAST: I am a Genetic Alteration System that allows a user to modify their personal DNA and become the Ultimate Life-Form. And yes, I was the one that activated the genetic memories of your ancestors while augmenting your Uzumaki genes so you could unlock the true power of your Clan.
Naruto: Okay, well, how does your power work?
BLAST: By collecting DNA samples of other life-forms, you'll be able to splice them into your main codex and obtain their abilities and traits. Also, you can merge other gene strands together to create a hybrid strand or an entirely new strand and merge those strands with other strands to create new ones, so on and so forth. Understand?
Naruto: WOW!!! That's so cool!!! But, how do I access collected genes?
A loading bar would appear on the TV and go up to 100% before changing to a screen called "Main Codex", which had 3 different Categories: Category 1- Replicated Strands; Category 2- Strand Merger; and Category 3- Strand Splicer. Then, the tablet on the podium would turn on and say "Pick Replicated DNA Strand".
Naruto: Oh, thanks, I guess.
Naruto would go through the replicated DNA Strands and find Uchiha DNA, Hyuga DNA, Sarutobi DNA, Inuzaka DNA, Aburame DNA, Yamanaka DNA, Senju DNA, Nara DNA, Akimichi DNA, and Hatake DNA; Naruto would see that his Uzumaki genes had a strong connection with the Uchiha, Senju, and Hyuga DNA, but there was another gene that it needed for them to combine and make the ultimate gene.
Naruto: Uh, when did I collect all of these genes?
BLAST: Whenever you make physical contact with another life-form, pieces of their DNA are replicated and stored here. However, ingested/injected DNA or repeated contact with someone will form a full strand of copied DNA.
Naruto: I see, well, I think it's time I start my ascension towards becoming the Ultimate Life-Form! BLAST, let the gene splicing....begin!
BLAST: Understood.
**Time Skip: 2 Years Later(I forgot to mention that Naruto was 8 years old when he left the village & went to Uzu, so now he's 10)**
Naruto is now 10 years old; He has gone through the entire Uzumaki Armory and mastered every stored Jutsu, documented Fighting Style, and obtained one of the strongest Summonings in the world, which was the Divine Beast Summoning. Also, Naruto has either enhanced existing Bloodline Limits or created entire new ones through gene merging. The ones he has are: The Forest Release/ Plant Style(Augmented form of Wood Release), Esper Release/ Psycho Style(Created Bloodline through Yamanaka Genes), Alpha Pack(Created Bloodline through Inuzaka Genes), Insect Release/Bug Style(Created Bloodline through Aburame Genes), Shadow Release(Created Bloodline through Nara Genes), Chakra Construct Creation(Augmented form of Uzumaki's Adamantine Chains), Swift Release(Created Bloodline through Namikaze Genes), Instant Regeneration(Created through Uzumaki & Senju Gene Merging), Bottomless Stomach(Created Bloodline through Akimichi Genes), Byaku-Sharingan(Fused Dojutsu), Rinne-Byakugan(Fused Dojutsu), Mugen Byakugan(Augmented Dojutsu), Shin Sharingan(Augmented Dojutsu), & Choten Rinnegan(Augmented Dojutsu).
Currently, Naruto is in the Hidden Mist Village, observing the rising tension between Yagura's forces and the bloodline users. However, the main thing that caught his eye was a white-haired girl with green eyes and two red dots on her forehead being chased down by a mob of people. After a while, she would be cornered against a wall and was gonna be attacked until Naruto landed in front of her and stood between the Mob and her.
Naruto: Mind I know why ya'll are trying to harm this innocent girl?
Random: She's a part of the Kaguya Clan! A Clan of bloodthirsty freaks that have tried to kill a plethora of civilians whenever they get the chance! We need to get rid of her to rid this world of their kind FOREVER!!!
The rest of the Mob would agree in unison and raise their weapons in the air, scaring the girl and making her tear up. Seeing this made Naruto's eyes become cold and cunning as he pulled out a small, jagged blade and used his Swift Release to blitz past everyone and slit their throats open, killing the entire Mob instantly and shocking the young girl while also scaring her, think she was gonna be next. However, Naruto would walk up to her and stretch out his hand while giving her a bright grin.
Naruto: The name's Naruto Uzumaki, what's yours, pretty girl!?
The girl would be shocked and blush slightly at Naruto's comment before reaching her hand out and taking Naruto's, which was warm and soft.
Kaina: Kaina Kaguya, nice to meet you, Naruto~Kun.
Naruto: What a beautiful name. Would you like to come along with me? I can teach you how to fight and make you strong.
Kaina would blush and nod her head.
Kaina: For saving me, I am forever in your debt, Naruto~Kun!
Naruto: Well, ain't that just great?! Very well, welcome to the Uzumaki Party, Kaina Kaguya! I'm gonna send you to a separate dimension until I get done doing somethings here in Kiri, is that alright?
Kaina would hug Naruto tightly and cling to him.
Kaina: I-I don't want to be away from you, please don't leave me!!
Naruto would smile and rub the top of her head softly.
Naruto: Don't worry, I'll be sure you won't be alone, I promise.
Before she could respond, Naruto would activate his Sharingan and use Kamui to teleport Kaina to a different dimension.
Naruto: Alright, time to gain a the power and influence of a Kage.
Naruto would look towards the Kage Tower and smirk before disappearing in a red flash.
