Naruto would flash onto the top of the Mizukage's Tower and use his Mugen Byakugan to scan the entire tower before focusing on Yagura's signature. However, he would see that Yagura was under a powerful illusion that would kill him if it were broken, so Naruto came up with a quick plan.
Yagura was sitting in his office doing some paperwork, but anyone could tell that he hasn't slept in days, maybe weeks, and that he was very stressed. However, Yagura's senses would kick in when he heard the sound of bodies dropping to the floor and would look up to see his guards and hidden ANBU Soldiers on the ground, unconscious.
Yagura: WHO'S THERE?!!?
The Kage would pull his hooked staff off his back and look around frantically before focusing on a shadowy-figure that sat in the corner of his office.
Yagura: W-What are you?! Why are you here?!?!
Naruto would appear behind Yagura and place his hand on Yagura's head and use his Psycho Style to enter his mind. After entering Yagura's mind, Naruto would see the Three-Tails screaming and rampaging in Yagura's mind before setting its eyes on the red head and went to try to kill the young boy. However, Naruto would activate his Shin Sharingan and override the Genjutsu placed on the Three-Tails, causing it to calm down before focusing on Naruto.
Isobu: W-Wait? What happened?
Naruto: My name is Naruto Uzumaki, I overrided the Genjustu that was placed on you, which in turn, started messing with Yagura.
Isobu: You disrupted the illusion?! Thank you so much! You don't know how hard it was to resist the control of the illusion. I can only imagine how hard Yagura was suffering and how difficult it was to remain sane.
Naruto: Yeah, it was hard to tell that Yagura went through hell and back trying to keep his sanity. But don't worry, after he wakes up, he'll be good as new!
Isobu: Thanks again, Naruto~San! However, I have to ask: Are you a holder of a Tailed Beast?
Naruto: No, not really. I do have a small portion of the Nine-Tailed Fox's Chakra in my body that was sealed into my body at birth as a way to prevent any genetic defects, however, my siblings contain two halves of the Nine-Tails.
Isoubu: I see. Poor Kurama, he can never catch a break.
Naruto: Don't worry, after a year or two, I'll be sure to free him from his cage.
Naruto would throw a peace sign at Isobu and leave Yagura's mind.
**1 Hour Later**
Yagura would wake up and feel completely rejuvenated, which was a shocker to him but he didn't think too much about it.
Naruto: Rest well, Mizukage~Sama?
Yagura would jump up and enter a fighting stance.
Yagura: Who are you?!
Naruto: Naruto Uzumaki, and I am your savior.
Yagura: Savior?
Naruto: Yep. All of those nightmares you were having and the voices you were hearing are gone now, correct?
Yagura: Y-Yeah, they're...gone. You...stopped them?
Naruto: Yes sir!
Yagura would walk over and hug the young boy with a soft smile while he started to tear up.
Yagura: Thank you! You don't know how hard it was to hold my mind together and not cause a Civil War within my Village! I can sleep, knowing that I won't envision seeing me killing innocent people, and stop this rising tension between the normal populace and Bloodline Users.
Naruto would pat the Kage on the back before pulling away and sitting him on a couch.
Naruto: I know that you have a lot on your shoulders, Mizukage~Sama. So I thought that by lessening that weight, you'd be able to work a lot more smoothly and with better efficiency.
The two would talk for some time and Yagura would make himself a future ally for Naruto once he got his nation set up.
Naruto: Alright, Yagura~San! I'm gonna get back to building my numbers and getting my Village set up.
Yagura: Very well. Take care and good luck, Uzumaki~San. I will forever be in your debt.
Naruto would grin and flash out of the tower. After leaving the tower, Naruto would enter his personal pocket dimension and see Kaina snuggling up to a clone of Naruto.
Naruto: I told you that you weren't gonna be alone.
The clone would poof into a cloud of smoke and Kaina would walk over and hug Naruto tightly.
Kaina: I know, but I like the real thing better!
Naruto would chuckle and lay on the grass with Kaina laying on his chest.
Naruto: In due time, I will have the most powerful Nation and I want you to be one of my top soldiers, you okay with that?
Kaina: Can I also be a future wife?~
Naruto: Of course! I need to create a lot of clans anyway, so having multiple wives is a must.
Kaina would snuggle closer to Naruto and kiss him on the lips, causing the red hair to chuckle and kiss her back.
BLAST: Kaguya DNA acquired! Multi-Gene Synthesis Is Now Ready!
Naruto would enter his mind and see that the missing Gene he needed was the Kaguya Gene, which he used to merge with his Uzumaki, Senju, Uchiha, and Hyuga DNA. This caused a special reaction and created a new species gene called the "Otsutsuki Codex", which BLAST recognized as a new species that were different from humans.
Naruto: So, the Otsutsuki Codex is something inhuman and alien-like? How interesting, let's see what happens if I merge it with these other clans.
BLAST: New Form Of Jutsu Unlocked: Shinjutsu.
Naruto: Shinjutsu? Mind giving me a run down on that, BLAST?
BLAST would activate the Otsutsuki Codex, causing Naruto's mind to be flooded with information about different Divine Techniques.
Naruto: Whoa. So this is the pinnacle of Chakra Techniques?! Awesome!
BLAST: New Bloodlines Have Been Unlocked! Showing Now.
A new screen would pop up and a list of Divine Techniques would appear.
BLAST: Claw Mark, Karma Seal, Senrigan, Sukunahikona, Daikokuten, Yomotsu Hirasaka, Omnipotence(Locked), God Tree Seedling Creation, Jogan, etc....
Naruto: Why is Omnipotence locked away?
BLAST: Your Body Needs To Develop And Grow In Order To Use The Power Of Omnipotence.
Naruto: Alright, I'm gonna leave, mind mixing the Otsutsuki Codex with the other bloodlines for me?
BLAST: Of Course.
Naruto: Thanks!
Naruto would leave the mindscape and open his eyes before standing up and stretching slightly.
Naruto: Alright! Kaina, we are going to train for about 2 years together and move out to start the construction of our Nation, okay?
Kaina: Whatever you say, Naruto~Sama! What will we start with?
Naruto: Mastering your Bone Manipulation, that'll make you an opponent that is to be reckoned with when it comes to Close-Quarters-Combat.
Kaina: Very well. Let's begin, Naruto~Sama!
Naruto would nod and the two of them would begin training.
