Author's POV:

At 2 O'clock in the morning, Aayansh was sleeping near Avni, when he realised that she was mumbling something and her hands were shaking he got tensed seeing her and immediately called the nurse. After some time the doctor came and started checking her and asked him to stay outside and wait for a while.

At 3 o'clock in the morning the doctor came outside the ICU observation room and said "Don't stress, boy. She is fine and out of danger."

Aayansh POV:

I don't know why but looking at her like this, I felt as if someone had snatched away my body part but when the doctor told me and Aaditya that she is fine, I can't tell how happy I am that I have found a reason to live hearing this
Aditya hugged me and said "Bhagwan ne aapki sun li bhaiyaa"
(God has heard you brother.)

And then he informed the family. But I immediately left for the temple.When I sat in the car, I thought that these few hours were the most difficult time of my life but now I believe that "Har kali rat ke bad ek ujali subah hoti hai" I don't like songs much but this song gives me a reason to blush.
(Every cloud has a silver lining )

I quickly reached the temple and said thank you to god because I know whatever has been done has been done by them and I promised him that the day Avni will get discharged from hospital I will bring her here for his blessings.

Avni POV:

A very bright ray is falling on my eyes. I have to open my eyes but my whole body is hurting as if I am not able to open them but then I felt that someone is holding my hand and then immediately I open my eyes but she was none other than my mother and next side is my mother-in-law (Anjali) she put her hand on my head and asked me "Are you okay?"

I nodded but I don't understand what's happening but suddenly Mom told me that I had an accident and I was unconscious for a day but I told them I couldn't remember anything I just picked up Aayansh's call and a bright light came on.

My worries turned into anger when I didn't see him, everyone was here. But whom I want is not here.
Suddenly the door opened and my anger changed into happiness when I saw him.
He has a bag of food in one hand and a bouquet of flowers in the other. I don't believe that this is "Aayansh Singhania''

Everyone saw him and started  giggling and teasing him "ohhooo-hooo-ooo" and Aditya started saying "What is our work here now? let's go mom and aunty, okay bhai??!" in a teasing way and they left.

He placed flowers and food on the desk next to my bed and asked "Are you okay?"
I said "Yes". "Is this bouquet is for me?" I asked looking at the bouquet.

"Well I guess... Shreya and Vani couldn't come here because of college so they asked me to bring it for you" he replied sitting on the chair.

"Ohkay" I replied and sighed 'What were you even expecting from him Avni' thinking this I looked at him and blabbered 'Khadoos' (lout)

There is one male nurse in the room who is assembling my medicines and injection who is listening to us and starts smiling.

Aayansh turned to him and said "Don't you like your job" He nodded and said "Sorry sir" and then he left. Then I asked him "Why are you doing all this?"
He replied "Because you are my wife or it is my responsibility to take care of you"

After a while he fed me soup and asked me what happened to me that day. I drank the soup and told him everything that I didn't remember much, only a bright light came from the car and then I woke up in the hospital. He nodded and he was thinking about something for a long time and did not say  a single word for 30 minutes.

He just put aside the soup bowl and helped me to adjust from the sitting position to the laying position and said "Take care of yourself ,I will come in a little while" then he left.

Aayansh POV:

I went home straight from the temple and asked the cooks to make soup and ordered them to make sure that it must be good because this is for My Wife. Then after some time I left with the soup. On the way I saw a flower shop and thought I should buy it for her. Then I reached the hospital, there are 100 questions running through my mind whether she would like this or not But when she saw me like this, she innocently asked me if this is for me? I lied to her but I noticed that a nurse was laughing at what we talked about But I couldn't tolerate it because I am the only one who can laugh at My Wife's Words.

Then I asked her the details of the accident and one thing I did not understand was that if two cars have an accident then where is the other car it means that this accident did not happen suddenly, it was someone's plans and I have to figure it out I got up and started leaving the hospital. Then I called Aaryan and Kartik and ordered them to reach the penthouse in 15 minutes.

Author's POV:

You all know about Kartik Gill Right?? But let me again introduce you all to him Kartik Gill is Aayansh's childhood best friend. He was always with him in his ups and downs and he knows everything about Aayansh.

ARYAN KAPOOR
He is Aayansh's childhood friend and his right hand in business he knows every detail of the company and he is the most trusted person of Aayansh. He also knows that in earlier times Aayansh had connection with mafia.

At Penthouse

When Aayansh reached the penthouse Aryan and Kartik were already there they did a casual hello to each other then Aryan asked Aayansh "All well what's wrong with you?" As soon as Aryan completed Kartik landed his question on Aayansh  "Ya, You're looking tensed"
"I don't know yaar" Aayansh replied.
Aayansh explained to them everything that happened to Avni and they listening to him carefully.

"Aayansh I have something to tell you but you were busy at the wedding so I couldn't tell you." Aryan said in a worried tone.

Aayansh turned to aaryan and asked him "What it is??"
RAGHAV KHANNA is back in town. Kartik spoke and the next moment he heard Aayansh shouting.
"Fuck it man" Aayansh shouted hearing it.
