In the morning, Felix rolled out of bed as he began to look from his window, seeing the mix of blue light hit his room. The sun has yet to rise...good.

With this in mind, Felix hurried to get into appropriate attire as he grabbed the necessary gear, even improvising with a backpack, filled with weighted items within his room and of course, this damnable dagger he found.

And yet, he was curious of its design as he began to leave and march across the hallway, building up momentum until he began to jog with his weighted equipment.

Feeling intrigued as he desired to keep his mind focused on something, he unsheathed the dagger, finding the color of its blade a curious kind, something that he had not seen in some time, or perhaps it was these past several days that had been keeping him busy.

The past few days within his time in Beacon have quite frankly, an interesting set of events The Emerald Forest, being launched up to said forest, was forced to perform some landing to avoid a painful death.

He had been fortunate to see that he was given some form of extra armor and a barrier that surrounded his body.

These people referred to it as 'Aura'. It felt both preposterous to have...not even the books could explain this as other than your life-spirit giving you a blessing.

'Heh, clearly this shield is nothing more than a blessing from the Gods! Mars would fittingly bestow this upon Rome's Legions! Had this secret been known to the people of Rome...oh by the gods, we'd be unstoppable!' he thought to himself with pride as he continued to walk as he entered the locker rooms and grabbed himself some extra food and water.

Eventually he marched towards the front gates of the Schola, which by now were open, letting in the cool breeze of the early morning.

Such winds reminded him of lower Italia's pleasant breezes in the spring! He smiled as he remembered walking through the beloved city of Syracuse.

Shaking memories out of his head, he began to take a walk outside, enjoying the breeze as he began to jog with a backpack, weighed with his supplies as he decided to maintain his fit. Running up and through the outside of the academy, he began to mutter a chant as he shifted his run to that of a march as his pace adapted to the sudden change.

"Dex, Sin, Dex Sin." he muttered to himself as he made his marching chant, keeping his mind focused as he reached the walls of the academy, passing by shrubs of greenery and the occasional fruit bushes.

This exercise continued to alter, sometimes he would shift from his jog to his marches, but he would continue on as the deep shades of blue began to lighten as Sol Indiges began to rise above the edge of the world as streaks of orange and yellow light crossed the shade that the structure provided as Felix sighs

"Another day." he said to himself as he stretched his body and cracked his neck, feeling better as he continued his rounds.

(Timeskip) After a while and his clothes began to be stained with sweat, he pants as he pulled out his issued bottle of water as he drank its contacts, hacking when he had too much water down his throat.

The Centurion coughed, clearing his throat as he wiped it with his wrist.

"You're no mere soldier Felix. This is nothing." he mutters to himself as by now, the sun had risen, with its glorious streaks shining upon this world as he huffed and puffed. All the while, he began to recall on the rather...unique friends and people he had met since coming here:

There was that short girl who wielded a farmer's scythe, Ruby was her name. While he would've counted her as being foolish for carrying an unwieldy weapon for her size, he had to admit, she knew what to do with it, along with the fact it had a rifle integrated into it's design. The idea of such weapons, both dual weapons and fire-staffs are a novel design. The republic's army would surely find a such for both things, even if they'll go to the legates and the Triarii of old.
