6- The mission

After arriving inside Neuvillette's office you were just waiting for Clorinde you only had to wait a few minutes. Neuvillette says Now that everyone's here let discuss all other details that I didn't mention yesterday to you both? The only one taking was Neuvillette it was quite awkward if I'm being honest.

Neuvillette explained that we're guard my cousins family Costa must be on edge right now? No wonder she's been acting more nervous lately.  I see why he wanted me to take this mission now it's cause I'm already acquainted with the family as it is. Costa was often misunderstood and neglected by her parents and would often be dropped off at my house.

I saw as a little lost girl not knowing what to and needed guidance. That's exactly what I gave her. We get along well she sees me as her older sister. Her siblings hate her for no reason which is ridiculous in my opinion. After finding out all the details we head straight there as soon as possible.

Clorinde tried talking to me for once which is honestly surprising. Clorinde says "Look, I know that you have a grudge against me for what happened three years ago? But I would like to make it up to you sometime? I stopped for a moment to think things over. I said  like what exactly!?" Clorinde says Don't fret over the details?

Clorinde walks away while I was thinking over her words. Before I snapped at myself for getting distracted by her." I rushed in front of her and kocked on the door." I heard footsteps approaching the door was opened by  Susan she's Costa's older sister. I said Hello Miss. Susan were here to guard you for a few days so please cooperate until then."

She nodded know I'm just doing my job and am not here for anything personal this time. She let us in and show us around the place well mostly Clorinde I already knew my way around.

After the tour Costa says the guest rooms are too your left. I would just like to say the day after tomorrow there will be no need, to protect us as we are going to the magic show. And will have hundreds of guards in there so there will be no need for you, to protect us you we can escort ourselves with our best guards here. 

She was referring to Chevreuse, Chevreuse was Costa's personal body guard, but hasn't had time to personally protect her. Well that's one less thing to worry about I suppose. Costa left to the kitchen When Clorinde looked at me seriously. I said is there something Wrong Clorinde? She says How do you know her?

I thought is she serious, does she really not know? I said I know her because, she's my cousin I come here a lot I know my way around! I answered before walking away to the guest rooms I didn't even bother, looking back to see her expression like I usually would. I found her expressions amusing most times I loved it whenever she got mad at me.

This was simply because I love to piss her off on purpose it was really enjoyable to watch. I layed down on my bed thinking about Mira wondering if she's okay. I really hope she's found I don't know how I would move on, without her here by my side. She's family I have to find her no matter what, I wouldn't forgive myself if she wasn't found. Where could she be? Where are you Mira? Please come home I don't know how I could possibly go on without you!

A/n: decided to make it short only cause I'm trying to focus on certain stories and I needed to get a chapter out for this so enjoy this while you can no idea when I'll update this book again
