It had been a month since Jaemin had went to Dais, his first and only time. He didn't know what the owner had said to that man, but it couldn't have been good for him to run away panicked like that. The first week Jaemin's mind and dreams were clouded by a certain crimson smoke that he knew was Alyxandria Lee.
After spending too much time thinking about the girl who he only spoke to once and very briefly at that, he decided that what happened that night was none of his business, he was off duty and really had no jurisdiction to do anything – not to mention the man was being disrespectful.
It was early Monday morning and Jaemin was at his usual coffee shop, ordering the same cup of coffee, from the same person. Haneul's short hair was tied back, a few pieces of hair falling into her face slightly. "The usual?" she asks with a beaming smile.
"Always." Jaemin matched her expression, paying for not only his coffee, but the rest of his teams. When the group of four first became a team, Jaemin had offered to go get the coffee, not knowing there was going to be a stunning girl at the register with a bright smile.
"I'll make it for you now." She says politely, handing Jaemin back his card.
Jaemin moved over to the side, admiring the girl while she worked, his mind completely clear of the red-headed danger. The was until a peak of crimson hair caught his attention.
On the other side of the room was a girl wearing a black jumper, the hood was over her head, but her long crimson hair fell in front of her. Jaemin was staring, the girl that he couldn't shake from his head for some odd reason was right in front of him.
No, it couldn't be her... He thought to himself, completely dazed and in disbelief.
"Alyx!" her name was called out by another barista, handing her the drink she had ordered. Alyx slipped her phone into her pocket before grabbing the drink and walking out the door.
Jaemin didn't know why, but his body moved before his brain could comprehend what on earth he was doing. "Excuse me!" he called out to the shorter girl. "Lyx!"
Alyx turned, her eyebrows furrowed, confused at some random person knowing her name or even calling her by a nickname. "Who's asking?" she said, looking at the stunning male before her.
"What?" He asked more to himself than to Alyx. He shook his head. "Um...I..."
He honestly had no idea what he was going to say to the girl or why he even chased after her. "Do I know you?" She asked.
Jaemin debated, wondering if he should thank her again for handing back his ID that night. "Oh, no. Sorry, thought you were something else."
Alyx gave him a tight lined smile before turning around and walking away. Jaemin was once again thumped out of his daze by and older male knocking his shoulder, to who he immediately recognized as Kim Seonwha, the CEO of a well-known modelling agency.
Without an apology from the man, Jaemin mumbled under his breath. "Jackass." He quickly remembered his drinks, running back into the coffee shop to collect them.

Jaemin walked into Neo City Precinct, one super strong coffee, one iced latte, one hot latte and an iced chocolate in his hands. He walked into the office space that was off to the side, surrounded by glass windows.
Since being promoted to the new head of department, the group of four, that have stuck together since they joined the academy, had their own space. They had moved from their spot amongst everyone else to a somewhat private area.
He placed the cup tray down on their desk that they had all conjured, Haechan had made a beeline for the iced chocolate, hating the taste of coffee. Renjun grabbed his cup of Iced caramel latte and immediately drank half of it.
