XVI. Run Away

'So Heizou made this for you?'

'Yes father'

'You're not lying to me right Sara?'

'No father'

'I haven't seen Heizou crochet before."

Sara felt sweat drip down her forehead, she's never lied to anyone before. "I actually have to go, me and Heizou were planning to go to the plaza tonight." She put on the sweater Itto made for her and the satchel Heizou used to carry letters. "I'll be back before midnight, so please don't worry." Sara waved to her father as she left the palace.

Itto was sitting on the outer part of the fountain in the plaza. "So Heizou stuck to the plan?" He got up and walked over to Sara, "Yes, I suppose he's at the spot," She smiled, "Let's go?" Itto held her hand and they walked towards a garden near the border that guards the territory. 

"Ahaha....I could stay here forever, I mean I would but..." Sara looked at Itto laying on the grass, they both fell from laughing. "Sara I love you." Itto held her hand and kissed her cheek. "I love you too." 

"You sure, you'll be ok?" Heizou looked at Shinobu, they were behind a house, hiding from any guards.

"Yea, I've climbed over walls before." Shinobu smiled, "I've also been out of the country before." 

"What? But I thought..." Heizou's eyes grew wide, "I thought that..."

"Inazuma is living in the past, out there. In Liyue they have opportunites. They have a chance." She looked over the wall, "We need to find Itto and Sara. Then we need to find Beidou's ship." 

"Beidou?" 

"A trustworthy person, come on let's go!"

"Do you wish to stay here forever?" Sara looked at a cherry blossom tree near by, "Just lying with the blossoms." 

"Sara, Itto! Thank goodness we found you! We need to go, now!" Heizou was panting, "There's more opportunities outside of here." 

"What do you mean? The kingdom's people have chances." Sara sat up, "Are you saying that there's something better than this?" She raised an eyebrow. 

"Damn it!" Heizou grabbed his hair.

"What? What's going on?" Itto sat up and looked concerned for Sara." 

"The king has been scolding Sara for a couple days now, I think that his words got to her." Heizou sighed. 

"Oh really, you think? Come on, where's your 'Peasants and Royals are equal to each other!' mood?" Shinobu also looked concerned for Sara, "Snap out of it!" 

"What do you mean? We do have chances here." Sara asked curious.

"Why can I smell the ocean more?" Itto sniffed the air, he could smell the ocean waves and breeze.

"Shit, we gotta go now. Beidou's here, if we're lucky we can get a ride." Shinobu looked at Heizou and Sara, "I just...I don't know if you two will be able to go with us." Pity was displayed in her eyes. 

"A week, we'll go there for a week." Heizou counted his fingers. "Let's go, before she leaves."
