KIANS POV

I woke up in a cold sweat, thank god that was just a dream. I look at the clock.
2:35 PM
Shit that's late.
I get up and go look for lex, she's no where to be found. I open James door, "hey James is lex in here" my voice dies down I see Lex crying in her sleep.
It wasn't a dream.
He's gone.
She wakes up and smiles faintly, "thought it was a dream"
"Me too-" I sighed, "how did this happen? What happened?"
"they dropped this off. It's a copy of the report and they're statements"
I took it from her hands and opened it. It showed a picture of James and what his injuries were.
Broken ribs which punctured his lungs causing them to collapse because they were filled with blood.
No parent sibling or enemy would ever want to know that. He was in the back when it happened sitting in the middle and the center console broke his ribs because there was no seat belt.
Anna Russet, driver and paralyzed from the waist down.
Statement//:
We were driving to a party when I lost control when a truck swerved I was on my phone so I couldn't see it in time.

Statement//: Anna was driving when a truck hit us and that's all I remember, besides her screams and James short scream.

Tears boiled in my eyes.

"And while I was up I made a funeral invite" she tossed me an envelope. A picture and a card was inside. No one should ever have to do this.
"Lex baby I'm so sorry"
"Shh..." She wiped her tears, "I'll be okay, we'll be okay"
"are you going to..."
"To what?"
"Tell your mom"
She sat back down with a blank stare on her face.
"I haven't talked to her in 5 years Kian I don't know if I can tell her the son I kidnapped from her is dead because I was too busy being mad at you"
"You have to tell her"
"I know! Just, not yet" she stood up and walked out holding her stomach. The door bell wrang and I got up, I heard a scream. I ran out to see, Lex was in Joshua's arms.
Joshua the ambulance guy, fuck.
"Joshhhhhh!!!!" She eked, "what the hell!"
"I had to come when I heard about James, I didn't want you to be alone"
"Hey, she's not alone she has me" I imputed. He moved towards me, "I've heard about you Kian, she's alone"
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"You can't just sleep with your ex girl friend and expect your pregnant one to be okay with it" he shoved him.
"EXcuse me!"
"She fucking told me!"
"That's non of your damn business" Kian shoved back.

LEX

"HEY!" I yelled standing in between them, "JOSH OUTSIDE NOW" I pointed to the back yard. He trudged to the backyard.
"Kian!" I stomped.
"What the fuck you're telling people our business"
"Yeah I am DEAL WITH IT. You fucked another girl, I'm over it"
"Sure doesn't seem like it"
"You know what FUCK YOU, I'm trying to be okay with it but your right I'm not okay with it! YOU BROKE MY HEART. I wish you never told me! Leave me already, I'm useless to you"
"Shut up no your not"
"Then why did you fuck Andrea?"
He didn't look at me.
"Why?"
His hand rose in the air as if he were going to strike me and as his hand was flying towards my face I thought he was but it scooped my cheek and brought my lips to his. I pushed away.
"That doesn't answer my fucking question!"
"I DONT KNOW WHY! We hadn't had sex I thought you were getting bored with me, i thought you were cheating! I thought you and josh were virtual fucking and I was jealous then I saw her and I was mad at you so I fucked her, the whole time I wished it was you! And I Yelled at her after things I'm not sure why I yelled at the moment but now I know I was yelling at you through her and I'm sorry and I know sorrys aren't enough. But I'm not giving up Lex, I love you"
"I need a break"
"What?"
"I can't do this right now, I need to be alone"
"With Josh" he sucked on his teeth.
"Go" I whispered.
"No."
"LEAVE!" I yelled crying, Joshua poked back inside and glared at Kian. Kian swung open the door, "I love you" and shut it harshly.
I stood there just staring at the spot he stood.
"Are you okay? I'm sorry I didn't know he was...I shouldn't have done anything"
I looked at Josh's big brown eyes, fuck he was hot. He's what I wanted. I smushed my lips against his feeling guilty rush up me.
"Fuck you're hot when you're mad" he breathed into my lips.
"I've been told" I began to tug on his shirt. He pulled his shirt off and unbuckled his pants. He slid off my dress leaving me in a bra and underwear.
"Fuck I've always wanted to do that" he kissed my neck.
"We can't have sex, I'm pregnant" I moaned.
"We can, we'll just have to- flip you over"
Shivers went down my spine as He squeezed my butt. I moaned.
"Fuck lex"
Kian said that a lot as he smirked while kissing me.
"Stop" I Panted," this is exactly what Kian did I can't do this" I looked for my dress.
"From what I just saw you guys broke up, we're not cheating"
"That doesn't mean I can't show him respect as the father to my child Josh"
"You're right. I'm sorry, are we okay?"
"Yeah" I sighed, "we're okay"
