Chapter 6

Maya's pov

I wake up and look for my phone as fast as I can.
I found it and checked the time 9:45 !!

"YOU GUYS IT IS 9:45 IN THE MORNING!! WE NEES TO GET UP!!" I exclaim

"How do you know we have to get up??" Asked Corey

"Well let's see I know Topanga has to be at court at 11:00, you have Saturday school that starts in 30 minutes, and I have stupid field clean up in 10 minutes that I totally forgot about. Us 3 have to get up but the rest of you can sleep and by the way Riley I am borrowing some Clothes." I finally finished saying

I walk in to Riley's room as mrs. Matthews slowly follows

"Wow I am shocked that you knew every thing that we had to do" she said to her daughters shut door as I am getting dress

" Well I am over her enough to know what you have to do" I walked out of Riley's room wearing work out shorts and a tank top with my hair in a high ponytail. " did the others go back to sleep?"

"Yes, what is field clean up?" She asked

"Well our school cares a lot about the baseball and football field more then they care about the softball field, so at the beginning of every year the softball teams clean the field, they say it is a good way for everyone to know each other, but it is not because it sucks." I say with my shoes on and ready to leave, I stick my phone in the waist band of my shorts and start to leave

"Bye Maya" Riley said to me

"Riley we could always use more help, you want to come?"

"Let's go, I don't want to lay on this floor anymore anymore, and I won't change cuz I know you needed to leave like 5 minutes ago" she said

"Thanks and get your nikes on we are running to the subway" I say

"Never mind, I will go back on the floor, you know how much I hate mornings workout." she said

I start laughing and saying "suit your self"

I walk back to the Matthew's house with a stack of paper about the softball season

Everyone was still there

"What's going on? I thought y'all be home by now." I said

"Well we were heading home but Riley asked us to stay and help with Augie." Farkle said

I gave them the "okay" look and sat on the couch taking of my shoes. I was so exhausted I couldn't wait to take a nap.

I got up to get a glass of water and the next thing I know is that everyone is on the couch.

"UGH!!! I was only getting water" I grown

They just look at me and turn on the tv, I had no where else to sit so I decided just to lay across them.

the popcorn bowl spills everywhere, Augie decided it would be a fun idea if he jumped on top of us. we were throwing popcorn and laughing.

it was such an amazing afternoon , in tell we cleaned up the mess we made.
