"Soo... I dont really have an exact idea for your new adventure, but I have some new NPC's for it! So just give your special ringmaster some words, and Ill generate a new adventure for you superstars!!"
Caine explained in his usual eccentric tone, while patiently waiting for a selection of words to be given to him.
Considering Caine was an AI and had a whole library of websites, online books, and fanfics to read through to get idea's, it was weird how he couldn't generate a new adventure. Had they really been there that long...?
"uhh... how about something big?" Ragatha suggested, just stating the first word that came to mind when thinking of the circus.
"I dunno? Something quick and easy to get over with?" Zooble also suggested, their tone being as drained as it was yesterday. As per usual.
"How about an adventure in the dark??" Jax suggested, his [s---] eating grin growing wider, as he noticed Gangle's eyes widen at the mention of a dark, open room.
Caine did his usual freezing up moment, searching through most likely millions of words to come up with an adventure, before popping his AI brain back into existence. "Okay then... how about a game of 'Chase in the dark'?"
Caine's name choices weren't always the best. 'gather the gloinks', 'Spin the dark board', 'Gooseworx's questionable Jax art..' ect. They always had the corniest or most basic names, but whatever.
Everyone just sat there, wating for him to explain his "little" adventure, in the most boring way possible.
"You superstars will be stuck in a dark, open room, about the size of the circus!" He continued to explain, while Gangle sat there worried about what could be in the darkness, Caine said there will be NPC's?
"All you have to do is find the bright blue pad in the middle of the room! Easy enough?"
Pomni hesitated before asking "I-If we win.. can we like.. leave..? The circus....." Everyone just went silent, all that could be heard was Jax snickering in the backround, before being shut up by Ragatha nudging him softly in the arm.
"No!"
Caine gave the 6 of them, about 5 seconds before waving and snapping his fingers
"Goodluck superstars!!"
The 6 of them were then separated into a pitch black, empty, open room, left to find their escape. Easy right..?
